【摘要】 近年来，完善大学内部治理结构，创新大学管理方式和运行机制，成为大学改革的重点。与传统大学相比，现代大学的自治能力更强，组织结构更加复杂多样，大学不再只是学者钻研学术的“象牙塔”，随着功能的不断扩大，大学俨然已成为校园内外各种价值主体共同开展活动的场所。政府、社会参与者，高校负责人、教职工、学生群体等共同构成了大学的利益相关主体。治理理论强调各种利益关系的协调，其核心是通过权力的分配和协调来实现管理效率最大化。将治理理论引入高等教育领域是一种创新，可以补充传统管理理论的缺陷，有效的实现大学内部各权力组织权责利的平衡。本研究以高等教育领域综合改革的大环境为背景，以我国大学内部治理结构为研究对象，分析我国大学内部治理结构的现状，探究存在的问题及原因，借鉴国外大学优秀的治理经验，结合我国国情，为我国大学内部治理结构提供优化策略。在我国高等教育面向世界、面向未来发展的重要阶段，对大学内部治理结构的研究是高等教育领域的一项新课题。本文所研究的大学特指我国的公立大学，期望通过本研究，对相关高等教育理论进行补充，为高校内部管理改革提供一定的帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently years, the establishment of the internal governance structure ofuniversities and the innovation of university management mode and operationmechanism are becoming the focus of the current reform of university in the field ofhigher education. Compared with the traditional university, the modern university’sautonomous ability is stronger and the organization structure becomes more complex,the university has become a campus of various kinds of value subject together tocarry out activities with the continuous expansion of function, and it’s no longer justscholars academic "ivory tower". The government and the community collegeparticipants, the person in charge of the university, staff, students and so constitutethe stakeholders of University. The rising of governance theory provides a theoreticalreference for the construction and the reform of the internal governance structure ofthe modern university, and it emphasizes the coordination between the variousinterests, Its core is to achieve maximum efficiency of management through thedistribution and coordination of the power. It is a kind of innovation to introduce thegovernance theory into the field of higher education in China, and it can complementthe defect of traditional management theory and realize the university internal powerorganization rights effectively balance. In the context of the reform of highereducation in the field of environment, taking the internal university governancestructure in our country as the research object, Analysising of the current situation ofthe internal university governance structure in China, to explore the existencequestion and the reason, learning from foreign university excellent managementexperience, combined with China’s national conditions, and providing optimizationstrategy to improve the internal university governance structure in china. The research on the university internal governance structure is a new subject inthe field of higher education when our country facing the world and the futuredevelopment of the important stage. In this paper, the research university in China inparticular is public university, expecting to supplement the relevant theory of highereducation, and providing certain help for the reform of university management.更多还原
