山东钢铁集团人力资源管理系统设计与开发

The Design and Implementation of the Human Resources Management System for Shandong Iron and Steel Group

【摘要】 通过对山东钢铁集团人力资源管理背景以及主要工作的分析,确定了该系统所采取的主要技术。基于J2EE的山东钢铁集团人力资源管理系统的开发是基于B/S框架,采用基于平台的数据库Oracle11g对系统中信息进行统计部署,系统的核心代码在MVC架构体系的技术上利用Java语言进行编写。在系统设计阶段,通过对功能划分将系统划分为劳动组织管理、基本信息管理、人力资源配置管理、劳动合同管理、工资信息管理、社会保险管理、医保待遇管理七个模块,其中劳动组织管理模块中实现了机构管理、部门管理、工种信息管理、岗位信息管理、查询统计、文档打印;基本信息管理模块中实现了基本信息查询、基本信息修改、新增人员处理、减少人员处理、减少人员查询、身份证号修改;人力资源配置管理模块中实现了外部调入、外部调出、内部调动、部门调动、岗位变动、文档打印;劳动合同管理模块中实现了新(重)签劳动合同、续订劳动合同、解除终止劳动合同、劳动合同查询、文档打印;工资信息管理模块中实现了档案工资管理、工资批复管理、工资发放管理、特殊奖励管理、文档打印;社会保险管理模块中实现了社保参数管理、住房公积金参数管理、人员管理、基数管理、社保数据申报、人员缴费查询;医保待遇管理模块中实现了医疗保险管理、工伤保险管理、生育保险管理。该系统的投入使用能够有效的对人力资源管理体系进行改进,全面、一致以及整合的信息可以很好的展现出人力资源管理的现状,有利于进行科学的决策。

【Abstract】 Through the background of shandong iron and steel group, human resources management and the analysis of the main work, determine the system adopted by main technology. Shandong iron and steel group, human resources management system based on J2EE development is based on B/S framework, based on the platform of the Oracle database11g to statistical information in the system deployment, the core of the system code on the technology of MVC architecture system using Java language to write.In system design stage, through to the functional division could be divided into labor organization management system, basic information management, human resources management, labor contract management, salary information management, social insurance management, health care treatment seven modules, including labor organization management module implements the organization management, department management, job information management, information management, query statistics, document printing; Basic information management module realizes the basic information query, information modification, new treatment, reduce the staff id, reducing staff query, modify; Human resources configuration management module implements the external transfer into, external callout, department of internal transfer, transfer, change jobs, document printing; Labor contract management module to achieve the new (heavy) to sign labor contract, renew the labor contract, terminate the labor contract, labor contract removes query, document printing; Salary information management module implements the file approval of salary management, salary management, salary management, special reward management, document printing; Social insurance management module implements social security parameters management, housing accumulation fund management, personnel management, application of data base management, social security, personnel capture to expend the query; Treatment of health care management module to achieve the management of medical treatment insurance, inductrial injury insurance, birth insurance management.The system put into use effectively to improve the human resources management system, comprehensive, consistent, and integrated information can well display the current situation of human resource management, is conducive to make scientific decisions.
