凌讯公司商厦设备运行管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】 凌讯公司的商厦设备集成管理系统的目标是在网络集成的基础上对整个大厦所有的设备资源和公共服务设施进行集成管理,为用户实现高度可靠和高效的系统管理功能。该公司开发的商厦设备集成与控制系统含有大量针对管理的功能,在计算机网络系统的基础上建立面向高效管理的商厦设备控制与运行管理信息系统,充分应用现代计算机技术如数据库和网络通信技术来极大地提高商厦设备的运行管理效率和工作质量,为管理者提供迅速和及时的信息化服务。论文论述凌讯公司的商厦自控管理系统的集成管理平台的设计和实现。首先对凌讯公司的商厦自控系统的集成管理软件进行功能分析,着重论述了商厦网络管理功能、由于冷热源设备管理功能、电气设备管理功能和服务器集控站的运行管理功能,描述了相应的功能用例。在设计部分讨论了凌讯公司的商厦自控系统集成平台的运行管理功能的设计方面,主要内容有系统的逻辑架构、数据库设计、设备运行管理层和集控管理层。针对这些内容,较为系统地论述了软件架构的设计原则、数据库的逻辑设计方案及部分数据表实例、设备运行管理层的主要任务单元和集控层的任务单元,包括这些单元之间的调用关系等。最后,论文论述该系统的程序实现,从数据管理层、设备管理层和集控管理层的角度讨论了主要的程序实现及其调试。该系统目前已完成研发并成功地在多个大楼项目进行了实施,效果良好并受到用户好评。
【Abstract】 The objectives of commercial building equipments integration and control is to conduct comprehensive integrated management for all the equipment resources and public service facilities of the building. Modern advanced building equipment control system’s operating system and running management software both realize high reliable and efficient system management function for users. The equipments developed by this company is featured by orientation at management applications to integrate high efficient controlling and monitoring functions to support the users by advanced computer network and software techniques. Through such features the commercial building system management efficiency and reliability is highly raised.This thesis discusses the design and implementation of Lingxun commercial building equipment integration and management system with the above background. This software is a user-oriented, open, standard and modeling software. The whole system includes traditional text operating software, graphic operating software, data collection software, graphic alarm software and graphic tendency chart analysis software. The above software can be used together conveniently and freely, to help the user achieve enough data from the equipments and make decision. from the view of developing foundation, it discusses building automatic control system’s features and technology situation, the development of distributed control technology and main achievements. Then, from the view of software engineering, it gives detailed discussion and summarize to the system’s demand analysis, software system design, system configuration requirement, main programs programming and system testing. The thesis discusses the system’s main developing and testing technology.This system has been finished developing and was implemented in several building projects with good effects and very positive feedbacks from the users.
