碳酸钙晶须增强泡沫混凝土的试验研究

【摘要】 泡沫混凝土作为一种无机建筑保温材料,具有质量轻、保温隔热好、防火性能优良等特点,已在我国建筑工程中得到一定程度的应用。但是由于泡沫混凝土存在一定缺陷(强度偏低、收缩大、韧性差以及保温性能不尽理想)极大的限制了其的推广应用。基于此本文采用碳酸钙晶须对泡沫混凝土进行改性处理,以改善泡沫混凝土自身的缺陷。碳酸钙晶须是继纳米碳酸钙之后的又一种新型无机填充,无毒,无气味,呈白色粉末状固体,碳酸钙晶须综合性能好,增韧效果显著。同时碳酸钙晶须摩擦系数高、耐磨性能和耐热性能高,热衰退与热恢复性能较好,且碳酸钙晶须价格低。本文综合试验研究明确了碳酸钙晶须对泡沫混凝土综合性能(强度、韧性以及保温性能)的影响规律,并研制出具有优越性能的碳酸钙晶须泡沫混凝土。本文首先研究了制备工艺对泡沫混凝土性能的影响,最终确定最优的制备工艺,最佳水灰比为0.5。在该工艺条件下通过微观观测及宏观测试结构表明,碳酸钙晶须具有微粉末及微纤维作用,能够改善泡沫混凝土的孔结构,从而在适宜范围内改进泡沫混凝土的性能,在密度等级为1100kg/m3下,碳酸钙晶须掺量为1%时,对泡沫混凝土抗压强度的增强作用为34%,而综合力学性能指标的最佳掺量为3%。在密度等级为800kg/m3下,泡沫混凝土可将收缩值降低20%。碳酸钙晶须的加入能够降低泡沫混凝土的导热系数。各性能综合条件下碳酸钙晶须的最佳掺量为3%。

【Abstract】 As a kind of inorganic insulated building material, foam concrete has the advantages of lightweight, good thermal insulation and fire resistance. Moreover, it has been application in many constructions in China. However, foam concrete also has some disadvantages, such as low compressive strength, large shrinkage and poor toughness, which were limited its large-scale application. In order to improve the weakness of foam concrete, this study used calcium carbonate whisker to treatment foam concrete. Calcium carbonate whisker is made by lime stone with cheap and rich sources. There is no pollution in the production process and has good comprehensive properties, such as toughness, high friction coefficient, abrasion resistance and heat resistance. Moreover, its manufacturing cost is low. So, it is an ideal substitute for the traditional fibers. The influence of calcium carbonate whisker on the properties of foam concrete, including strength, toughness and thermal insulation, have been investigated and whiskers fiber-reinforced foam concrete has been preparation in good performance.In the first place, influence of preparation technology on the properties of foam concrete has been studied and then the optimal preparation technology and water to binder ratio have been achieved. In this study, the results showed that calcium carbonate whisker could improve the pore structure of foam concrete through powder effect and micro fiber effect and then improved the properties of foam concrete. For different density levels, the properties of foam concrete also have been studied. In the level of1100kg/m3, the compressive strength of foam concrete increased by34%when calcium carbonate whisker content was1%.In the level of800kg/m3, the shrinkage of foam concrete decreased by20%when calcium carbonate whisker content was3%. Moreover, calcium carbonate whisker could reduce the thermal conductivity of foam concrete.
