商业银行履行企业社会责任的驱动因素研究

【摘要】 进入21世纪,国外商业银行在发展过程中逐渐意识到企业社会责任的重要意义。企业社会责任作为评价商业银行成功与否的标准之一,逐步成为商业银行获得竞争优势的重要源泉。知名商业银行逐步放弃了追求利润最大化的目标,将企业社会责任融入企业发展战略中。然而国内商业银行的企业社会责任实践现状不容乐观,对于企业社会责任的履行还处在初级阶段,与国外商业银行做法有着很大的差距。对于如何更好地推动商业银行履行企业社会责任,哪些因素驱动商业银行履行企业社会责任等问题有待深入研究。本文回顾了企业社会责任研究的相关文献,归纳了企业社会责任的发展过程、概念界定,梳理了利益相关者对企业社会责任产生影响的理论,对国内商业银行履行企业社会责任的现状进行了总结。通过对商业银行特殊属性的分析,界定了商业银行企业社会责任的概念。本文从商业银行的利益相关者入手,从商业银行的企业社会责任报告提取商业银行利益相关者的诉求,并在此基础上提出商业银行履行企业社会责任的驱动因素构成,从而构建了商业银行企业社会责任的驱动模型。通过查阅文献并结合商业银行利益相关者的利益诉求分析,识别出商业银行履行企业社会责任的驱动因素。运用Fuzzy DEMATEL方法将驱动因素分为原因因素和结果因素并通过中心度和原因度分析,甄选出商业银行履行企业社会责任的最关键驱动因素、最根本驱动因素和最直接驱动因素,为研究商业银行如何更好履行企业社会责任提供一定的参考。

【Abstract】 Entering the21st century, foreign commercial banks gradually realize the significance of CSR in its development. CSR of commercial banks as one of evaluation criteria for the success is one source of competitive advantage. Well-known commercial banks gradually give up the pursuit of profit maximization and put CSR into the enterprise development strategy. However, the status of CSR practices of domestic commercial banks is not optimistic, the practice is still in its infancy, and there is a big gap with the practice of foreign commercial banks. The issues about how to better promote the commercial banks to fulfill CSR and which factors drive the commercial banks to fulfill CSR need future research.This paper reviews the related literatures in the field of CSR, concludes the development process of CSR and definition, cards the stakeholders’ theories which have an impact on CSR, and summarizes the status of domestic commercial banks to fulfill CSR. Through the analysis of the special attributes of commercial banks, the author defines the concept of commercial banks’s CSR This paper starts with stakeholders in commercial banks and extracts the demands of stakeholders through the report on CSR of commercial banks. On this basis, the article puts forward the compositions of driving factors of commercial banks to fulfill the CSR, thus constructs a driving model of commercial banks’ CSR. Through consulting related literature and combining with analysis about the interests of commercial bank stakeholders’ demands, identify the driving factors of CSR performed by commercial banks. Using the Fuzzy DEMATEL method driving factors can be divided into reason factors and result factors and through the Centrality Degree and Cause Degree analysis, the article selects the key driving factors, the most fundamental driving factors and the most direct driving factors on the commercial banks of fulfilling CSR, then provide some reference for the study of commercial Banks how to better fulfill the CSR.
