技术创新网络演化模式发现及特性分析方法

【摘要】 现代国际竞争更加激烈,国际竞争在相当程度上是凭借以技术创新为基础的经济实力来决定的,因此创新对企业的作用日益显著。随着知识经济的到来,网络化成为知识经济的一个重要特点,依靠组织自己的研发力量已经很难应对来自市场上的竞争。现代的国家创新体系也越来越强调形成以企业的技术创新为核心,包括企业、高等学院和科研院所在内的动态网络系统。因此作为技术创新的主要组织形式,技术创新网络的相关研究成为重点,对技术创新网络的结构演变及其特性分析研究就显得十分必要。本文针对现有研究主要致力于从复杂网络角度对技术创新网络的静态统计特征的分析,缺乏对技术创新网络演化过程中微观层面的考察以及对宏观和微观之间的映射的研究,提出了基于模体分析的技术创新网络演化模式发现及特性分析方法。本文首先从技术进化角度,构建了技术创新网络的宏观描述,认为技术创新网络的发展和演化是技术与环境之间的矛盾造成的,外部环境刺激迫使技术创新网络以组织合作和技术创新做出响应;然后从组织合作和技术创新之间的联动效应出发,构建了技术创新网络的超网络表示模型,将技术创新网络抽象为组织合作网络与知识网络之间的共同演化;并且利用专利文档,提出了基于专利的技术创新超网络模型构建方法。利用合作模体分析方法,构建了对基于模体分析的创新合作网络演化模式发现及特性分析方法,分析了以产学研合作为主的不同利益机制和组织机制下的异质个体成员之间的沟通模式特征及其对技术创新网络的动力学影响。本文提出了创新调控模体的概念,综合考虑组织行为和知识进化两方面的技术创新网络调控因素,构建了基于模体的技术创新超网络演化模式发现及特性分析方法。最后以LED产业专利数据为基础,构建了LED产业技术创新的产学研合作网络和技术创新超网络,并基于该网络模型,对本文提出的产学研合作网络和技术创新超网络中的演化模式发现和特性分析方法进行了验证。本研究创新性地从进化论角度入手,对技术创新网络进行建模,并引入模体分析的方法,从技术创新网络的微观结构出发,构建了技术创新网络的演化模式发现及特性分析方法。本文提出的方法对理解特定产业或领域的创新网络动力学特征,从而更好地制定产业发展政策或者研发策略都具有重要指导意义。
【Abstract】 Modern international competition is more and more intense, and to a great degree, the international competition is determined by the economic power which is based on the technical innovation. So innovation is playing a more and more important role for enterprise. With the advent of knowledge economy, the networked nature becomes an important characteristic of knowledge economy, and it is difficult for organization to deal with the market competition by its own R&D power. The modern national innovation system has seen increased emphasis on the formation of the dynamic network system, which is with enterprise’s technical innovation as core, and includes enterprise, colleges, and research institute. Therefore, as an important organizational form of technical innovation, studies about technical innovation network become a research hotspot. As a complicated system, technical innovation system faces many problems, such as the selection of partners is always the key and difficult problems of troubling enterprises; the choosing of research development trend and the combination with current researches; the effective allocation of resource in national innovation system; the synergy development of production, learning and research, and so on. So it is necessary to study the structural evolution and characteristic analysis of technical innovation network. Aiming at the current studies are committed to the static statistical characteristics analysis of technical innovation network from the prospective of complex networks, which lack the micro investigation on the technical innovation network evolution and lack study about mapping between macro and micro, this paper proposed the evolution model discovery and characteristic analysis method of technology innovation network which based on the motif analysis.Firstly, from the perspective of technical evolution, this paper builds the macroscopic description of technology innovation network. This paper considers that the development and evolution of innovation network is promoted by the contradiction between technology and environment. The stimulation from environment forces the innovation network to response by cooperation or technology innovation. From the connected effect between enterprise cooperation and technology innovation, build the technology innovation super-network expression model which abstract the technology innovation as the co-evolution between organization cooperation network and knowledge network. Then this paper presents the technology innovation super-network construction method based on the patent documents. Using the cooperate-motif analysis method, this paper constructs the evolution model discovery and characteristic analysis method for innovation-cooperate network, and with the cooperation among enterprise, college and institute as the main, analyses the communication pattern characteristics among heterogeneous individuals and the dynamic influences on technical innovation network under the different interest mechanism and organization mechanism. This paper presents the innovation-control motif concept. Then the paper constructs evolution model discovery and characteristic analysis method for heterogeneous network based on the motif, which considers the regulation factor from both organizational behavior and technology innovation. At the last, based on the data from LED industry, the paper constructs the enterprise-college-institute cooperation network and technology innovation super-network of LED industry. Based on these network models, effectiveness of the two method proposed by this paper are validated.This paper innovatively models the technology innovation network from the technology evolution perspective. The paper introduces the motif analysis method and builds the evolution model discovery and characteristic analysis method for technology innovation network which start with the micro structure of technology innovation network.
