基于PCS-9700的变电站监测数据综合处理系统开发与应用

【摘要】 目前国内绝大多数变电站还使用传统“定期检修”的方法对变电站的设备进行维修,费时费力,且检修效果还不尽人意。在电网不断扩大,用户对电网可靠性的要求越来越高的今天,状态检修更加显现出不可替代的作用。本论文根据国家电网公司输变电设备状态检修工作要求,主要针对变电站中的重要一次设备实施在线监测(变压器、开关、避雷器),在变电站内运行人员通过在线监测后台随时掌握一次设备的运行状况,变电站监测数据综合处理系统使远方监控人员能够随时了解各个变电站中的一次设备运行状况,做到指导检修,从而达到状态检修的目的。本课题在南瑞公司PCS-9700平台基础上,充分利用成熟和新兴的在线监测装置和技术,如变压器油色谱在线监测,变压器局部放电在线监测、变压器有载调压在线监测、GIS开关在线监测、避雷器在线监测技术、一体化信息平台对运行设备进行在线监测,并将监测数据进行综合处理,实时反馈设备的运行工况,以便分析设备的状态,确保及时发现设备隐患和异常,保证设备和系统的安全。本课题技术的关键在于对各种运行设备状态进行正确的分析和统计,这样才能正确指导状态检修工作,才能保证系统和设备的安全稳定运行。
【Abstract】 At present,most substations still use the traditional method of "regular maintenance "to overhaul substation equipment. This method of maintenance is time-consuming and laborious.and the maintenance effect is still disappointing. With the expanding grid,increasing demand for the reliability of the power,today,condition-based maintenance is showing an irreplaceable role.This paper according to the State Grid company variable electric equipment condition-based maintenance work requirements,main for important equipment in the substation to implement online monitoring (transformer,switch,arrester),the workers master equipment condition of run status through online monitoring background at any time in substation.Integrated monitoring data processing system for the substation makes distance monitoring personnel can master all equipments’runing status in the substation at any time to guide overhaul,thus reach the purpose of condition-based maintenance.This topic what based on the NARI company PCS-9700platform, make full use of the mature and emerging on-line monitoring equipment and technology,such as transformer oil chromatography on-line monitoring,transformer partial discharge online monitoring,on-load voltage monitoring of transformer, GIS switchgear on-line monitoring,MOA on-line monitoring technology and the integrated information platform for online monitoring of the equipment,and conduct the monitoring data synthetically,feedback device operating conditions real-time in order to analyse the status of the device,ensure detection the hidden trouble of equipment and exception timely,ensure the safety of the equipment and system.The key technology to the topic is the proper analysis and statistics for various operating equipment,guiding condition-based maintenance work,and ensure the system and equipment in the safe and stable operation.
