【摘要】 随着社会的进步、计算机技术、信息技术的飞速发展,信息技术的发展使得一切应用变得越来越有效率,用计算机代替手工的操作越来越多,无线点餐管理系统就是其中之一。本系统的中心思想是：充分利用数据库技术作为后台管理,采用无线网络技术作为支持,采用现代化管理方式实现对餐饮业中各种信息的管理。例如,把餐厅经营过程中的点餐、收银还有信息地分析等环节,都用信息化的管理方法去控制,以此实现节约成本,提高效率的目标。基于以上论述,结合系统的功能,本文完成了无线点餐管理系统的设计与实现。第一,本文阐述了传统餐饮业经营模式的缺点,然后论述了无线点餐管理系统的优点；接着阐述了利用无线技术实现点餐这种经营模式的发展现状和趋势,同时介绍了实现本系统而使用的一些关键性技术。第二,对系统进行需求分析,总结系统要完成的主要功能,围绕要实现的功能进行总体设计,绘制功能模块图。第三,分析系统存储数据的需求,利用Microsoft SQL Server2008数据库管理软件,完成数据库表的创建,并实现数据存储。第四,根据系统的总体设计,进行模块的详细设计,主要利用Microsoft Visual Studio2010开发平台,使用C#语言,配合无线技术实现了一个对餐饮业进行管理的无线点餐管理系统。第五,依照系统的需求分析和系统要完成的功能,选取合适的测试用例对无线点餐管理系统进行测试。总体来说,本系统提供了对餐饮业服务过程中的各项信息的管理功能,提高了管理水平、服务质量,操作简单快捷,基本满足了中小型餐饮业管理者对信息管理方面的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the progress of the society, the rapid development of computer technology and information technology makes all application becomes more and more efficient. With more and more operation using computer instead of manual, wireless order management system is one of them.The core idea of this system is to adopting modern management mode to achieve the management for all kinds of information of the restaurant industry using database technology and wireless network technology. Such as the realization information management and control in the process of the customer order, the cashier operation and information analysis to save the human cost, improve the utilization ratio of capital. Based on the above, combining with the function of the system, this paper completes the design and implementation of the wireless order management system.Firstly, this paper expounds the faults of the traditional catering management pattern, and then discusses the advantages of the wireless order management system. Then this paper expounds the development status and development trend of the wireless ordering management pattern using wireless technology, and introduces the key technology used in the system.Secondly, takes demand analysis for the system, summarizes the main functions the system is to complete, makes the overall design around the function to realize, draws function modules.Thirdly, analyzes the demand of the system storing data,, uses the Microsoft SQL Server2008database management software to complete the creation of database tables and realize data storage.Fourthly, according to the overall design of the system, takes the detailed design for modules, and realizes the wireless order management system mainly using Microsoft Visual Studio2008development platform and C#language with wireless technology.Fifthly, in accordance with the requirement analysis of system and the function of the system to complete, select the appropriate test cases to test the wireless order management system.In general, this system provides management functions for various information in the service process of restaurant industry, improves the management level and service quality, operates simply and quickly, can basically meet the small and medium-sized restaurant managers’ demand for information management.更多还原
