液压高速开关数字阀的设计与研究

【摘要】 液压高速开关数字阀作为数字式电液控制的新技术,因其有具有结构简单、价格低、工作可靠、寿命长、易于维修、抗污染能力强等特点,在液压领域的应用越来越广泛。高速开关数字阀是机、电、液、磁四者的耦合体,在工作时各个部分是相互作用和影响的;从而使得数字阀的响应速度、流量与工作压力三者是相互限制的。现阶段国内所研制的数字阀很难同时满足快响应速度、高工作压力与大额定流量的性能要求。所以本文着重研究如何实现高速开关数字阀的高频响、大流量。现将本论文的主要工作内容做如下总结:(1)针对高速开关数字阀的发展背景以及国内外发展概况进行了综述;在此基础上,提出了研制一款新型的高性能高速开关数字阀(2)介绍了PWM高速开关数字阀的具体工作原理,并对其阀芯运动建立了数学模型,同时进行了详细分析。参照给定的设计指标,成功的设计出高速开关数字阀。(3)利用Ansoft仿真分析软件,完成了对数字阀电磁铁的数值分析;得出了电磁铁的吸力矢量图、磁场分布图。利用Fluent流场仿真分析软件,完成了对数字阀衔铁流场的数值分析;得出了衔铁在吸合的过程中流场流线图和速度矢量图。(4)课题最后运用AMESim仿真分析软件对高速开关数字阀进行动态仿真,验证了设计的准确性。同时分析了不同占空比值下高速开关数字阀的动态响应特性,为后续开发与深入研究做了铺垫。

【Abstract】 Hydraulic high-speed switching valve as a new technology in digital electric hydrauliccontrol, because of its simple structure, low cost, reliable work, long service life, easy torepair, etc. characteristics, is applied more and more widely in the hydraulic field. High speedon-off valve is the coupling among the machine, electricity, liquid and magnetism, whicheach part interacts with the others during the work and lead to the mutual restriction amongthe response speed, flow and working pressure of the digital valve. Because of the digitalvalve’s hard to meet the performance requirements like fast response of speed, high workingpressure and large rated flow at the same time presently, therefore, how to achieve high speedswitching digital valve’s high frequency response and large capabilities has been focused onin the paper.The main contents of this dissertation have been summarized as follows:(1) havingmade a review of the development background of high speed switched digital valve and itsdevelopment at home and abroad, and proposed a new type of high performance high speedon-off valve on that basis.(2) having introduced the specific working principle of the PWMhigh speed on-off digital valve, established the mathematical model according to its spoolmovement, with detailed analysis at the same time. According to the given design index, highspeed on-off digital valve has been finished successfully.(3) the numerical analysis of thedigital valve electromagnet have been finished by using the Ansoft simulation software, andalso achieved the force vector graph and magnetic field distribution picture. By using theFluent flow simulation sofeware, the numerical analysis of the digital valve armature flowhave been finished, achieved the flow streamlines graph and velocity vector diagram duringthe progress of the armature pickup.(4) in the end of the paper, AMESim simulation analysissoftware have been applied to the dynamic simulation of the high speed on-off valve, whichverified the accuracy of this design. At the same time, having analyzed the dynamic responsecharacteristics of the different accounts for the dynamic high speed on-off valve air ratio, topave a way of the subsequent development and in-depth research.
