面向A航空制造企业的MES系统研究

【摘要】 A航空制造企业目前面临问题有生产计划管理、生产运行监控、信息流通和数据库集成等,这些运营管控问题急切需求解决。为实现A企业的整体生产运营能力的提升,本文采用制造执行系统(MES)的管理理论和方法对A企业进行的生产管理体系进行构建和研究。本论文首先对A航空制造企业的基本概况、组织结构、生产管理系统、产品特征和产品实现过程进行介绍,并对生产管理系统存在问题进行分析。其次,对A企业的MES系统进行了计划层、执行层和控制层三个层次的总体结构设计并对存在问题提出解决方案。然后选择构建合适的MES系统模型及功能模块,从装配制造计划、零件制造计划、配套需求计划和工装制造计划几个方面提出了计划优化实施方案。最后以MES系统功能模块在飞机装配、零件制造等生产计划中的自动排产、计划调整的应用进行分析和验证,同时对MES系统功能模块在信息沟通和数据库管理方面的应用进行分析论述。MES系统的引进对A航空制造企业提供生产运营综合性管理平台,可以实现生产作业计划编制优化和制造资源的合理配置、提高工作效率,节约管理成本,并实现数据统计分析、信息资源共享和企业综合管理水平的提升。

【Abstract】 A aeronautical manufacturing enterprise is facing problems with production plan, operation monitoring, information flow and database integration. These operations management problem urgently needs to solve. In order to improve A enterprise production and operation ability, the thesis uses the Manufacturing execution system (MES) theory and method for management, constructs and researches MES system on production management system of A enterprise. Finally, the function module of MES system in aircraft assembly, parts manufacturing, production planning in the automatic scheduling, planning adjustment of application analysis and verification, the application of function module of MES system in the information communication and database management are analyzed.Firstly, the thesis carries on the general situation, organization structure, production management system, product features and realization process of A enterprise is introduced, and the problems of production management system analysis. Secondly, the MES system overall structure design of A enterprise and the problem solution is proposed. The overall structure design includes three levels that are planning layer, execution layer and control layer. Then, the thesis selects the appropriate model construction and function module of MES system, from the assembly manufacturing plan, parts manufacturing plan, supporting demand plan and tooling manufacturing planning several aspects put forward the plan optimization scheme. Optimization scheme of plans including assembly manufacturing plan, parts manufacturing plan, supporting demand plan and tooling manufacturing planning aspects is proposed. Finally, the thesis analyzes and verifies application in automatic scheduling and planning adjustment for aircraft assembly and parts manufacturing in the function module of MES system. And analysis and discusses the application of MES system function module in the information communication and database management.Application of MES system provides the production and operation of integrated management platform for A aeronautical manufacturing enterprises. The system can optimize production planning, makes a more rational allocation of resources, improves the work efficiency, and saves the cost of management. The system can also realize statistical analysis of the data and information resource sharing function, and improves the comprehensive management level.
