H公司供应商质量管理研究

【摘要】 随着世界经济的全球化,科学技术的不断提高,企业面临的竞争环境也发生巨大变化。企业面临的不仅仅是企业间的竞争,也是整个供应链同另一个供应链之间的竞争,尤其是对于汽车及汽车零部件行业。随着《缺陷汽车产品召回管理条例》的出台,国家用立法的方式规范了对汽车品质的管理,客户会更加关注零部件的质量,零部件产品的质量将成为决定未来竞争成败的根本。进行有效的供应商质量管理将有助于提升企业的效益和竞争力。本文运用供应商质量管理等理论和方法,以H公司供应商质量管理为研究对象,从质量管理的基础理论出发,论述了在供应链管理模式下质量管理的重要性。论文介绍了H公司供应商质量管理模式及其内容,分析了H公司供应商的现状,指出其存在供应商PPAP生产件批准准时率低和供应商产品交付平均PPM值居高不下的问题,并从供应商开发、供应商项目早期介入和量产后持续改进三个方面提出供应商质量管理改进的建议和方法。为了解决供应商质量管理的问题,本人根据自己的工作经验结合现实状况对H公司供应商质量管理体系和H公司国内供应商的薄弱环节,提出了应加强供应商开发,使供应商早期介入参与产品设计与开发,通过进行产品可行性分析、质量先期策划、防错管理、质量预防、质量验证的策划来保障量产时质量目标的实现,并且对于量产后供应商的持续改进从人、机、料、法、环等方面提出建议和改善措施,从而实现企业与供应商的共同发展,实现双赢。

【Abstract】 With the increasing globalization of the world economy, science and technology, enterprises are facing competitive environment changed dramatically. Companies face competition not only among enterprises, but also the entire supply chain to compete with other supply chains, especially for the automotive and auto parts industries. With the "defective auto product recall regulations" promulgated, the state shows the determination of the quality of automotive products by way of legislative regulation, the customer will be more concerned about the quality of components, product quality components determine the future of the competition will be fundamental to success. Effective supplier quality management will help enhance the company’s efficiency and competitiveness.In this paper, using the theories and methods such as supplier quality management in H company supplier quality management as the research object, starting from the basic theory of quality management, this paper discusses the importance of quality management in supply chain management mode.Paper introduces H company supplier quality management mode and its contents, the paper analyzes the current situation of H company supplier, points out the three issues:low on-time rate of supplier PPAP and the problem of high average delivery PPM value, and starting from three aspects of supplier quality management, supplier development,supplier project early intervention and mass production continuous improvement, to improve the recommendations and methods. In order to solve the supplier manage problem, I according to my own work experience combined with the reality of H company supplier quality management system and H domestic suppliers of weak links, and puts forward the supplier development should be strengthened and development, make the supplier early intervention to participate in product design and development, through the product feasibility analysis, fault management, quality planning, quality prevention and quality validation plan to ensure the implementation of production quality target, and the continuous improvement of supplier for mass production from man, machine, material, method, Enviroment, put forward Suggestions and improvement measures, so as to realize the common development of enterprises and suppliers, achieve a win-win situation.
