宝钢新增油套管工程项目质量管理研究

【摘要】 工程项目质量优劣是决定工程建设成败的关键,直接影响工程建成后的使用,同时,也影响建设、施工单位的信誉、效益。本文主要研究了宝钢技改工程项目钢管新增油套管工程质量控制。钢管厂新增油套管热处理生产线项目建成投产后年处理能力达16万吨(包括油管管体2.1万吨/年、套管管体10万吨/年,钻杆1.2万吨/年,油套管接箍料2.7万吨/年),主要机组设备包括步进式淬火炉、水淬火装置、步进式回火炉等设备,其中老线水淬浊环水处理设施与新建厂房互相干涉,而水处理系统必须要保证新、老热处理线水淬供水。该项目施工环境复杂,作业面小,与生产干涉大,工艺接口多,专业涉及土建、结构、设备安装、电气调试等系列工作,为典型的技改项目。本文采用理论与实践相结合的研究方法,用理论来指导实践,但又不局限于理论。在开展本项目研究期间,笔者运用工程质量管理专业知识,参照原建设项目质量管理的诸多管理经验、措施,结合该项目实际情况,经反复比较论证完成此项目质量管理研究,重点落实在工程质量策划,明确质量控制重点及管理依据,并在实施过程中逐步推进、落实前期各项策划工作,取得良好效果。通过本文的研究也充分体现了工程质量策划及过程管控的有效结合对工程质量管理的重要性,为下一步常规技改项目工程质量管理提供了强有力的科学依据。

【Abstract】 Project quality is to determine the success or failure of engineering construction, the direct impact after project building use, at the same time, also influence the construction, the construction unit of the prestige, the benefits.The paper mainly studies the technical improvement project of baosteel steel casing new oil engineering quality control.Steel pipe production line new oil casing heat treatment project put into production processing capacity of16million tons of itself, Including coiled tubes semi-manufactured2.1million tons/year, sets of tubal body10tons/year, pipe12,000tons/year, oil casing collar material2.7million tons/year.Main unit equipment including step type quench furnace, water quenching device, stepping type back furnace and other equipment.Among them old line water quenching turbidity ring water treatment facilities and newly-built workshop mutual interference, While water treatment system must ensure the new and old heat-treatment line water quenching water supply.The project construction environment complex, the coolie small production interference is big, craft, professional involves interface civil engineering, structure, equipment installation, commissioning etc series, electrical work for typical technical improvement projectThe paper adopts of integrating theory with practice, with the theoretical research methods to guide the practice, but not limited to theory.In carrying out this project study period, the author use the engineering quality management professional knowledge, refer to the original construction project quality management of many of the management experience, measures, combined with the actual situation, after repeated project comparative demonstration complete this project quality management research, Key implement in engineering quality planning, clear quality control key points and management basis and in the process of implementing step-by-step, implement the prophase planning, has achieved good effect.The research in this paper is also fully embodies the engineering quality planning and process control of the effective combination of the construction quality management, the importance of regular technical improvement project for the next project quality management provides a strong scientific basis.
