某新型柴油发动机连杆机构接触非线性问题研究

【摘要】 柴油机作为主要的动力装置,其设计和制造水平的进一步提高,对社会发展有着非常重要的意义。连杆组作为发动机的重要部件,其可靠性和寿命在很大程度上影响着柴油机的可靠性和寿命,可见其在整机重占有极其重要的地位。所以本文以CA6DL-7.7L型发动机作为模型,对连杆组部件间的运动副的接触状态做了比较深入的分析。本文结合连杆组的结构特点,首先详细分析了运动及受力情况;其次,对连杆小端过盈配合进行仿真分析,得出不同过盈量下的等效应力和接触压力及其分布规律,并合理地选取出了连杆小端过盈配合的最佳过盈量,为连杆小端的相关尺寸优化和选取提供了依据,避免了实验验证过程,降低设计成本,缩短开发和设计周期。在此基础上,建立起连杆组的Pro/E三维模型,并导入通用有限元分析软件ANSYS12.1中建立了有限元模型,详细分析了它的接触状态,在考虑各构件之间的接触作用及油膜载荷的情况下,对连杆组进行了非线性研究,得到连杆组最大压缩和最大拉伸工况的应力分布情况以及主要接触面间的接触压力,同时对分析结果进行疲劳校核。最后应用多柔体动力学软件AVL-EXCITE,得到连杆在整个720。的工作循环中的动力学参数如:连杆角位移、角速度及角加速度及受力情况等,将结果文件导入AVL-EXCITE与ANSYS接口程序中进行应力恢复,得到两种极限工况下的连杆瞬态动应力分布情况,并且与接触非线性计算结果进行比较分析,验证了接触非线性分析的正确性,为后续开发和设计提供参考。

【Abstract】 Diesel engine is the main power. Further improvement of its design and manufacture is of importance to social development. The group of linkage is an important part of engine. The reliability and life of a diesel engine depends on the reliability and life of group of linkage in a good deal. Linkage group, as the main dynamic mechanism, has a very important position in a complete machine. The study which further research a deputy contacting state of movement on linkage group on the model of the diesel.Based on its structure characteristics, First of all, the study analyzed the force of linkage group. Made a simulate analysis of interference of small end, which obtains the maximum stress, contact press and distribution order in the different interferences. Through the contact problem of the linkage mechanism of research, it got the stress under two extreme situation, the contact state of the main contact surface and the contact stress and distribution order in the different interferences. The result provided the valuable basis to the choice of choosing the dimension. Avoid large of experiment, reduce design cost, shorten a construction and design cycle. Secondly,Pro/E of3d model of the linkage group was designed, and the contact finite element model on the linkage group was established using the universal finite element analysis software AN SYS12.1. Analyzed the contacting state of linkage group and in detail, the forces under two extreme situation and the contact pressure of the main contact surface. Last, By using AVL-EXCITE, a kind of professional software which simulates engine property,, the dynamic stress distribution in a cycle of linkage was obtained, and made a comparison with the analysis of nonlinear result, the result shows that the model is right and it provide a reference for the following exploit and design.
