【摘要】 为满足对外协员工与本企业员工的出入厂区管理需要,宝钢不锈钢事业部将原有员工IC卡系统进行功能扩展,并需实现门禁与员工考勤一体化管理。由于“宝钢不锈钢事业部IC卡系统二期技术改造项目管理研究”涉及的内容较多而且实践性特别强,是人力资源管理领域中比较典型的项目管理案例,因此选定此项目作重点研究。本文首先对项目管理理论进行了概述,重点集中在项目及项目管理的定义及特点、项目管理的知识体系和项目管理的流程。通过对项目管理基本知识的重点回顾,为宝钢不锈钢事业部IC卡系统二期技术改造项目管理理论的应用奠定扎实的理论基础。其次,对宝钢不锈钢事业部的概况,涉及组织机构、业务范围、人力资源状况、生产状况进行简要介绍,为深入研究宝钢不锈钢事业部IC卡系统二期技术改造项目奠定应用基础。本文重点针对宝钢不锈钢事业部IC卡系统二期技术改造项目的管理过程进行深入研究。通过系统论述“宝钢不锈钢事业部IC卡系统二期技术改造项目”的必要性、可行性,对该项目的启动过程进行分析。通过运用项目管理的原理、方法并结合宝钢不锈钢事业部IC卡系统的现状特点,确定项目的目标和范围计划,研究项目的进度计划、质量计划、沟通计划、风险计划、人力资源计划的制订。最终对该项目的进度、质量、沟通、风险、人力资源的执行和控制等环节进行了完整的论述。更多还原

【Abstract】 For out of factory management requirements, which includes staff and the outsourcing enterprise staff, Baosteel stainless unit construct original employees’IC card system function expansion, and to realize the entrance guard and employees’ attendance integrated management. Because "The Project Management Research of Second Phase of IC Card System Technical Upgrade of Baosteel Stainless Unit" with more and the practical especially strong, is the human resources management field comparatively typical project management case, so it is selected for key research projects.Firstly, project management theory is summarized in this paper, focused on the definition and characteristics of project and project management, project knowledge system and project management processes. Secondly, at Baosteel stainless steel divisions of profiles, involving organization, business scope, human resources, production condition briefly described, Baosteel stainless unit for further research on IC card system phase technical renovation programs laid application foundation.This paper mainly aimed at Baosteel stainless steel unit IC card system second phase technical renovation programs of the management process have been studied. Through systematic exposition "Baosteel stainless unit IC card system second phase technical renovation project", the necessity and feasibility of the project start-up process were analyzed. Through the application of project management, the principle of the method of combining Baosteel Stainless unit IC card system present situation characteristics, to determine the scope of the project’s objectives and plans, research project schedule, quality plan, communication plan, risk plan and human resources plan.
