【摘要】 智博格瑞公司是辽宁省沈阳市的一家民营自动化集成企业。几年来,借助东北老工业基地良好的政策环境和市场机遇,从沈阳市起步向东三省发展,规模不断扩大,业务范围已从最初的单一行业发展到囊括钢铁、环保、机械、冶金、航空航天、包装、汽车、化工、能源、房地产、银行、食品、饮料、医院多个行业,智博格瑞公司已具备抵御一定危机的经济实力、技术实力。随着公司的壮大,越来越多的问题已经明显阻碍了公司的发展。公司的业务拓展、内部管理、核心技术等等都随着竞争的逐渐激烈而有待提高和完善,公司的盈利能力明显下降,照此发展,公司的生存和发展将受到挑战。究其原因,智博格瑞公司缺少符合公司成长的发展战略,这个问题引起了智博格瑞公司高层的关注和重视。本文根据智博格瑞公司的发展情况,对智博格瑞公司外部环境从宏观环境(政治、经济、社会文化、技术)和行业与市场环境三个方面进行分析和探讨,同时对智博格瑞公司内部条件从公司经营能力、技术能力、财务能力和人力资源四个方面进行剖析,提出公司现存的主要问题,进行SWOT战略分析。在对公司内外部环境剖析的基础上,进一步对公司外部环境和内部条件进行综合评价,进而确立了智博格瑞公司的发展战略目标体系,选择和制定了智博格瑞公司的总体发展战略。通过对公司内外部资源的整合,从管理、人力资源、财务、技术四个方面制定发展战略实施保障措施,确保发展战略的顺利实施,促进智博格瑞公司摆脱恶性竞争的不利现状,推进公司不断向前发展,不断实现公司发展的既定目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Intelligent&Green Science&Technology Limited company is a private automation enterprise in Shenyang City, Liaoning province. In recent years, with the good policy environment and market opportunity of The Northeast old industrial base, Intelligent&Green Company has vigorously develop from the Shenyang city to The Northeast, from single industry into a diversified industry company include iron and steel, environmental protection, machinery, metallurgy, aerospace, automotive, packaging, chemicals, energy, real estate, bank, food, beverage, hospitals and other industries, Intelligent&Green Company already has economic strength and technology strength to resist crisis.With the growth of the company, more and more problems have been significantly hampered the development of the company. The company’s business development, internal management, core technology, with the gradually fierce competition and remain to improve and perfect, company profit ability drops apparently, develop according to this, the survival and development of the company will be challenged.Investigate its reason, Intelligent&Green company lack of development strategy in line with company growth, which caused by the Intelligent&Green senior management high attention.In this paper,base on Intelligent&Green Company’s development, analyze and explore the company’s external environment including macroscopical environment (political, economic, social and cultural, technology) and industry and market environment,analyze the company’s internal conditions containing company business ability, technical ability, financial and human resources, put forward existing problems in the company,then carry out SWOT strategic analysis,further to evaluate the external environment and internal conditions on the basis of the analysis of internal and external environment about the company,and then established the company’s strategic target system, and lay down the company’s overall development strategy, draw up security measures including management, financial, human resources, technology by integrating the company’s internal and external resources, ensure the smooth implementation of development strategies, promote the company away from vicious competition unfavorable situation, promote the continuous development of the company.So will forge Intelligent&Green ahead and achieve the strategic objectives of the company.更多还原
