【摘要】 随着现代化汽车工业的飞速发展，人们对高品质生活的不断追求，汽车人性化、智能化、造型动感、线条硬朗的动感车型不仅是人们的追求，动力强劲、经济舒适、安全可靠、绿色环保也为人们所追捧。车门系统的设计开发在整车设计开发过程中占有重要的地位。它涉及到造型美观、碰撞安全、舒适性及各附件功能实现等内容。汽车车门结构设计及性能开发相辅相成。好的结构需要性能开发来赋予灵魂，才能开发出优质的产品。例如：车厢密封性好，乘员乘坐舒适；车门关门轻便，门锁锁止安全可靠，噪声小；玻璃升降轻便可靠，无异音等，这些是车门最基本也是最关键的性能，直接影响整车品质的提升。本文主要分析了车门钣金结构、车门密封系统、玻璃升降系统、车门锁系统的结构设计及性能开发中的关键技术，通过实例对项目开发过程中的经验进行了总结，并形成了数据库。可供设计人员开发车门及其附件时参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of modern automobile industry, people are in the pursuit of the high quality life constantly. Not only the automobile humanization and intelligence, dynamic model and the hale line, but also the powerful motivity, economic, comfort, safety, credibility and fuel-efficient environment friendly are the aim people go after. The design of the door system is very important in the process of whole the vehicle development, which refers to the good-looking model, impact safety, comfortableness and the implementation of the attachment function, etc.The design of automobile door structure and the development of performance cannot be separated from each other. Good structure requires the soul of performance development to develop high quality products. For example, fine sealing, the riding comfortableness; the convenience for closing the door, the safety and dependence of the door lock with low noise, glass lifter is portable and reliable with no cacophony and so on. These requirements are the basic and the most important performance, which directly influence the promotion of the vehicle quality. This paper mainly introduces the structure designs and the performance development of the door sheet metal system, the door sealing system, the vehicle glass lifting system and the car door lock system in detail.We have formed a database through the actual combat summaries on the project development process. It makes the designer have a comprehensive understanding of the door and accessories, and will be a reference of the design and development.更多还原
