110kV数字化变电站设计
110kV Digital Substation Design

【摘要】 数字化变电站是由智能化一次设备和网络化二次设备分层构建,能够实现变电站内智能电气设备间信息共享和互操作的现代化变电站。随着构建以特高压电网为骨干网架、各级电网协调发展的坚强智能电网的目标提出,智能化变电站的建设和发展便提上了进程。数字化变电站是智能化变电站发展的基础,是智能电网建设的重要节点。本文结合110kV数字化变电站工程实际,研究数字化变电站设计方法。本文首先介绍了变电站自动化技术及数字化变电站的研究现状,讨论了数字化变电站区别于传统变电站的主要技术特征,阐述了数字化变电站的总体技术架构体系。其次,对于数字式变电站的智能化一次设备,论述了电子式互感器及合并单元的工作原理、结构及技术性能,研究了基于智能终端的智能化一次设备的实现模式,提出了电子式互感器、合并单元及智能终端的配置原则及方法。再次,对于数字式变电站的网络化二次设备,论述了变电站的网络层次架构,并按网络架构分层的次序,分别阐述了站控层、间隔层、过程层的结构、特征,以及功能与性能要求,并针对各层特点与要求给出了站控层、间隔层、过程层的网络配置方案及二次设备配置原则。最后,介绍了某110kV数字化变电站实际工程概况,给出了该数字化变电站具体实施方案,并对总体设计方案、配电装置设计方案、组网方案、监控保护系统方案等进行了详细的说明和分析。
【Abstract】 Digital substation is composed of intelligent equipment and network layered constructionequipment, can realize the intelligent electrical equipment in substation information sharingand interoperability between the modernization of substation. Along with the construction ofwith special high-voltage power grid as strong smart grid backbone network, the coordinateddevelopment of power grids at all levels of the target put forward, the construction anddevelopment of intelligent substation will be put on the process. Digital substation is the baseof intelligent substation development, is an important node in the smart grid construction. Inthis paper, combined with the110kV digital substation project, we research on the designmethod of digital substation.Firstly, the paper introduces the research status of substation automation technology andthe digital substation, the main technical characteristics of digital substation is discussed fromthe traditional substation, introduces the overall technical architecture of digital substation.Secondly, for the intelligent digital of the substation primary equipment, discusses theworking principle and the structure, technical performance of the electronic transformer andthe merging unit, and studies the realization mode of the intelligent primary equipment basedon intelligent terminal, the proposed configuration principle and method of the electronictransformer, merging unit and intelligent terminal.Again, for the digital substation network secondary equipment, discusses the networkhierarchy architecture of substation, and according to the network architecture of hierarchicalorder, respectively expounds the station control layer, spacer layer, process layer structure,characteristics, and the function and performance requirements, and the station control layer,spacer layer, network layer configuration process the two principle and equipmentconfiguration for each layer characteristics and requirements are given.Finally, this paper introduces the general situation of a110kV digital substation practicalengineering, presents the specific implementation scheme of digital substation, and the overalldesign scheme, design of power distribution device, network scheme, monitoring andprotection system scheme are described and analyzed in detail.
