【摘要】 社会的进步带动了经济的发展，经济的发展改变了农民的生活方式。目前，越来越多的农村富余劳动力选择外出务工，一方面增加家庭收入，另一方面丰富知识经验，他们为城市发展注入了新的活力。农村劳动力的外出务工受到社会因素、政治因素、经济因素以及劳动力自身因素等诸多方面的影响，随着昌吉市农村劳动力转移工作的深入，农村劳动力特征对其外出务工的选择也产生了一定的影响。论文首先查阅了相关文献资料，采用农民问卷调查方法，对昌吉市周边三工镇、榆树沟镇、滨湖乡的农民进行调查，并对调查数据进行整理分析。其次，通过分析农村劳动力转移就业的状况，找到了与劳动力外出务工经历有紧密联系的五个劳动力特征因素，分别是劳动力性格、文化程度、参加政府组织的就业技能培训情况、劳动力家庭收入主要来源和家庭年均纯收入。然后，将发挥作用的这五个因素作为聚类分析的指标，分别对有外出务工经历和没有外出务工经历的两个群体的样本进行聚类分析，得到七种不同特征的劳动力群体类型。最后，结合分析结果对不同特征的劳动力群体针对性地提出了做好政策宣传，注重政府就业引导；强化政府职能，为劳动力专业搭建信息平台；大力发展二、三产业，促进劳动力自主择业；通过多途径提高农村劳动力综合素质；加大宣传力度，转变农民思想；加大农村劳动力技能培训的力度；营造良好环境，丰富农民生活七方面的对策建议，以此促进昌吉市农村劳动力的外出务工。更多还原

【Abstract】 The progress of the society lead to the development of the economy, the development ofthe economy has changed the way of peasants’ lives. At present, more and more rural surpluslabor choose to be the migrant workers, on the one hand, they want to increase family income,on the other hand, they want to accumulate experience and knowledge, their developmenthas injected new vitality for the city. Rural labor force of migrant workers by social factors,political factors, economic factors and labor itself, the influence of many aspects, such as withthe deepening of Changji rural labor transfer work, characteristics of rural labor force, thechoice of migrant workers has also had a certain effect.This paper first refer to the related literature material, by using of farmers’ questionnaireinvestigation method, investigating the Changji surrounding farmers and analysis the surveydata. Secondly, by analyzing the current situation of rural labor transfer employment, foundthe migrant labor force experience with five characteristics of labor factors are related to thelabor force character, they are cultural degree, participate in the organization’s employmentskills training situation, the government labor main source of household income and familynet income per year. Then, will play a role of these five factors as index of clustering analysis,respectively for the rural experience and no migrant workers experience of two groups ofsamples clustering analysis, the types of workforce from seven different feature.
