【摘要】 目的观察补活血法治疗肾虚血瘀型非肥胖型PCOS的临床疗效,探求非肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征行之有效的治疗方法。方法收集导师亓鲁光教授门诊采用补肾活血法治疗的非肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者,采用自身前后对照的研究方法,观察患者治疗前后的月经及中医症候情况、痤疮及多毛情况、妊娠情况、胰岛素、性激素及B超等,并建立数据库,使用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。观察补肾活血法治疗非肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的疗效。结果此次研究观察病例42份,痊愈15例,痊愈率为35.71%；显效16例,显效率为38.10%；有效11例,有效率为26.19%；无效0例,无效率0.00%。总有效率为100%。其中有生育要求者31人,治疗后11人妊娠,妊娠率为35.48%。治疗后,患者血清LH、LH/FSH、T及胰岛素均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后患者B超积分下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；患者月经、中医症状及痤疮症状积分下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；患者多毛积分改变不明显,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗中未发生明显的不良反应,此方法安全有效。结论补肾活血法治疗非肥胖型PCOS (肾虚血瘀型)的临床疗效肯定。治疗后患者的月经紊乱、中医临床症状、痤疮、卵巢形态体积、内分泌激素水平均能得到明显改善,受孕机会增加,其机理可能是通过降低胰岛素、减轻胰岛素抵抗,下调雄激素水平,恢复下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴的生理功能,从而起到改变机体内环境,调整月经周期,提高妊娠率的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observation of the clinical efficacy of PCOS with the method of invigorating the kidney and activating blood circulating, exploration the more effective treatment method of non-obese women with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods All the non-obese patient with polycystic ovary syndrome is treated with the method of invigorating the kidney and activating blood circulating at Professor Qi lu-guang’s clinic.Using the method of self-controlled study is to observe of the menstruation and syndromes of TCM, acne and hirsutism cases, pregnancy, insulin and sex hormones level, B-ultrasound after the treatment, and to the establishment of a database, using SPSS17.0software for the analysis, to the observation of the clinical efficacy of PCOS with the method of invigorating the kidney and activating blood circulating.Results A total of42medicine records,15cases were cured, the cure rate was35.71%16cases was markedly effective, the rate was38.10%,20patients were Effective, effective rate was46.51%.0case was ineffective, inefficient rate was0%. The total effective rate was100%. Among Fertility requirements of31people, there are11people pregnant, the pregnancy rate was35.48%. After treatment, serum LH, LH/FSH, T levels and insulin lever were lower, The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of B-ultrasound were decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of menstruation, medicine symptoms and acne symptom were decreased, and the difference was significant (P <0.05); the change of hirsutisim score is not obvious, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).there was no obvious adverse reaction in the medical treatment, the method is safe and effective.Conclusion Clinical efficacy of non-obese PCOS with the method of invigorating the kidney and activating blood circulating is affirmed. Afer treatment,menst-rucatal disorder, the clinical symptoms of TCM, acne symptom, ovarian morphology volume, hormone level can be can be significantly improved, and the chances of conception is increased. The mechanism may be by reducing insulin, reducing insulin resistance, lower androgen levels and restore physiological function of hypothalamic-pituitary ovarian axis, and altering the internal environment, adjusting the menstrual cycle to improve the pregnancy rates更多还原
