【摘要】 随着我国市场经济不断发展，外资并购也呈现快速发展的局势。外资并购在提高我国经济水平和竞争实力的同时，也对我国的国家安全带来了一定冲击。然而，我国外资并购国家安全审查制度起步较晚，且不成熟，不足以防范外资并购的国家安全风险。为了进一步完善我国的外资并购国家安全审查制度，本文运用了比较分析的方法，主要对美国、加拿大、澳大利亚的外资并购国家安全审查制度进行了考察与研究，总结出了国外制度的先进经验，再结合我国外资并购国家安全审查制度的现状与不足，从而提出比较有针对性的完善方案，希望对完善我国外资并购国家安全审查制度有所帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of China’s market economy, foreign mergers and acquisitions activityexpands rapidly. Such activities have improved the level of competitiveness of China’s economy, theyhave imposed impact on our national security. China’s national security review system of foreignmergers and acquisitions was introduced fairly recently and is not mature enough to prevent nationalsecurity risks caused by foreign mergers and acquisitions. This thesis, through applying comparativeresearch methodology, tries to investigate methods of further improving China’s national securityreview system of foreign mergers and acquisitions. The comparative analysis mainly focuses on theexperience of the United States, Canada and Australia in building their national security review systemof foreign mergers and acquisitions for the purpose of gaining insights from these advanced systems. Indoing so, the current situation of China’s national security review system is examined, and targetedimprovement is proposed.更多还原
