【摘要】 目前，对于世界各国尤其是处于发展中的国家来说，古镇历史文化遗产的保护和开发成为其在加快城市化、现代化过程中存在的重大矛盾和难题；同时，对于我国来说也是目前亟待解决的重大难题。历史城镇的特色在于其特有的地域文化内涵，其发展模式不应与现代新兴城镇相同，而应在历史城镇自身特色的基础上，立“古”创“新”，开发旅游产业。选择镇湖案例的原因是因为这里比较能反映大多数历史文化名镇保护与开发情况。本文首先简要介绍历史文化名镇镇湖的发展概述。其次，通过调查了解镇湖古镇开发的基本现状以及在开发中出现的问题、居民与游客的意愿与期望，然后根据问卷分析结果再结合旅游容量测算结果，对镇湖古镇旅游存在的问题进行分析。接下来对镇湖保护和旅游开发进行SWOT分析，以促进镇湖镇保护与开发工作顺利开展，为苏州首个国家历史文化名城保护区建设提供经验。最后结合镇湖镇古镇旅游现状，对古镇保护和旅游开发提出发展思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The protection and development of ancient town of historical and cultural heritage,is the world especially the major contradictions and problems in developing countriesgenerally exists in speeding up the city, in the process of modernization; the majorissues and problems in practice is also our country urgent. Historic town is characterizedby the unique geographical and cultural connotation, the development model should notbe the same and the modern town, and should be based on the historic town of its owncharacteristics, vertical "ancient" create "new", the development of tourism industry.Reasons for the choice of the town of Lake case because it can reflect most famoushistorical and cultural town protection and development. In this paper, first based on thetown of Lake Town, briefly introduces the development of famous historical andcultural town lake. Secondly, through the survey of the basic situation of thedevelopment of ancient towns, the town of Lake residents and tourists in developmentissues, wishes and expectations, and then according to the results of the questionnairescombined with the calculation results of tourism capacity, the existence of the town oflake of ancient town tourism problem analysis. Next to the town of lake protection andtourism development for SWOT analysis, in order to promote the protection anddevelopment of town work smoothly, provide experience for Suzhou’s first nationalhistorical and cultural city protection area construction.
