【摘要】 国际油价一直是影响石油行业的重要指标,现阶段,国际油价的上涨给石油行业带来了新的机遇,并且油价的居高不下纷纷引导石油勘探、开发的不断发展,投资者也纷纷“跟风”转向石油勘探开发行业,新一轮的石油投资热潮开始盛行。在这样强劲的市场需求拉动下,国际石油机械装备市场更加活跃,装备需求量大增。东营市地处中国第二大油田——胜利油田腹地,是以“油城”著称的石油工业城市,伴随着胜利油田开发建设的不断深入,石油装备产业在为油田提供技术装备保障的过程中逐步壮大。随着黄蓝国家战略的深入推进,加快推动工业经济转型升级,进一步提升石油装备产业的发展层次和水平,打造世界石油装备制造业基地,成为东营市实现科学发展、率先发展的必然选择。面对诸多机遇,如何提升东营市石油装备制造业发展水平,如何应对机遇和挑战制定适合的发展战略提升东营市石油装备制造业竞争力成为了亟待解决的问题。本文以东营市石油装备制造业为研究对象,借鉴其他的研究成果,对东营市石油装备制造业发展内外部环境进行分析,运用SWOT制定东营市石油装备制造业发展战略,并为保障战略实施提出了保障措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the international oil price remains high; the oil producing countries of the world have increased their efforts to the exploration and development of oil, which stimulates investors to put money into oil exploration and development, leading to the arrival of a new petroleum investment peak. Driven by such a strong demand, the international oil equipment market becomes more active, and the demand for equipment is in large quantities.Located in the hinterland Shengli oilfield-China’s second largest oilfield, Dongying city is an oil industrial city famous for "oil city". As deepening of the Shengli oil field development and construction, petroleum equipment industry provides great technology support for oil field equipment in the process of growing. With the development of blue and yellow national strategy, it’s an inevitable choice for Dongying city to accelerate industrial upgrading, further enhance the level of the petroleum equipment industry development and build petroleum equipment manufacturing base in the world, so as to realize scientific development and lead the development.Faced with many opportunities, how to improve the level and take the opportunities to make a suitable development strategy to improve competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industry in Dongying city has become an urgent problem. Based on Dongying petroleum equipment manufacturing, the paper draws on other researches and makes an analysis of the internal and external environment of Dongying petroleum equipment manufacturing industry. Then, by using the SWOT, make development strategies for petroleum equipment manufacture industry in Dongying city, and put safeguards to ensure strategy implementation.更多还原
