【摘要】 利益问题是人类社会最普遍的问题,对利益的追求是人类社会一切活动的原始动机。利益的实现是一个动态的系统过程,包括利益表达、利益综合、利益确定、利益满足等环节。在诸环节中,利益表达是首要环节。随着互联网的发展,群众广泛运用网络进行利益表达,成为当前群众工作的一个突出特征。同时,网民通过网络进行利益表达,也在某种程度上丰富了群众工作的内涵。群众利益是发展的最终目的。以对群众工作的影响为视角,正确审视网络利益表达,进而完善网络利益表达途径,推进群众工作,成为当前急需研究解决的理论和现实问题。通过对网络利益表达和群众工作的分析,本文首先阐述了网络利益表达的主要形式和特点。随后,从主客体关系和价值取向两个层面,分析了网络利益表达和群众工作的内在联系,指出了网络利益表达给群众工作带来的机遇和挑战。最后,从完善网络法律法规、健全管理领导体制、建立相应工作制度、改善网络利益表达环境等四个方面,提出了完善网络利益表达途径,推进群众工作的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Interest is the most common problems of human society. The pursuit of interest is the primary motivation for all the activities of human society. The realization of the interests is a dynamic system process, including the interest expression, interest integration, interest determination and interest satisfies. In the various links, the interest expression is the primary link. With the development of Internet, The wide application of network interests expression, has become a prominent feature of the current mass work. At the same time, Internet users through the Internet to express interest, but also enriched the connotation of the mass work in some extent. Interests of the masses are the ultimate purpose of development. Impact on mass work as the angle of view, correctly examine the network interest expression, and then improve the network interest expression, to promote the work of the masses, become an urgent need to study and solve the theoretical and practical issues.Through the analysis on the interests expression and the mass work, this paper expounds the main forms and characteristics of network interest expression. Then, from two aspects of the relationship between subject and object and the value orientation, analyses the internal relations between network interest expression and mass work, and points out that the network interest expression to bring the masses job opportunities and challenges. Finally, from the perfect laws and regulations, perfect the management network system of leadership, establish corresponding working system, improve the network interest expression in four aspects of environment, put forward to improve the network interest expression, countermeasures and suggestions of promoting the mass work.更多还原
