基于集中充换模式的电动汽车充电服务价格探析

【摘要】 近年来,全球范围内的能源危机和环境压力使得大力发展电动汽车的呼声越来越大,各类新能源汽车,尤其是具有低污染、低能耗优点的电动汽车逐渐展露锋芒,表现出未来市场形势大好的前景,其发展速度亦将锐不可当。电动汽车行业及其相关产业链的发展面临空前的机遇和挑战。针对电动汽车行业发展新形式,本文首先介绍了国内外电动汽车业发展的历史和现状,对比分析了当前国内外普遍存在的三种主要电动汽车充电服务商业模式的特点及优缺点,最终选择以集中充换电模式的充电服务为研究对象,通过案例分析,研究该模式下的价格定价空间。其次,本文利用财务管理科学工具,引入净现值(NPV)分析法,借鉴项目投资及评价的思想,建立了“电动汽车换电站价格(经营效益)测算表”,可以对不同价格水平下的充电站投资项目进行经济效益评估,得出价格水平与投资效益的合理评判。再次,本文引入统计学的分析方法,借助excel的运算函数,对“电动汽车换电站价格(经营效益)测算表”中的参数进行“随机”定义,旨在对测算表工具进行修正,提高其科学性及适用性。测算表明,统计分析方法的应用,大大提高了分析结论的证明力。同时,“电动汽车换电站价格(经营效益)测算表”的建立,不仅可以对定价策略进行经济效益分析,还可以在确定经济效益目标的前提下,反算合理的价格区间。全文以案例分析为主线,辅以充分的宏观环境分析,定性与定量分析相结合,一动一静,最终得出具有借鉴意义的工具和结论,为电动汽车集中充换电服务模式的总体定价策略提供了科学参考,有助于公平竞争市场的形成和未来行业的良性发展。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the global energy crisis and environmental pressures call for developing electric cars. All kinds of new energy vehicles, especially those with the advantages of low pollution and low energy consumption are gradually exposed edge, which shows the good prospects for the market situation, and the pace of its development will also not be held back.The development of the electric vehicle industry and its related industrial chain is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.For the development of new forms of the electric vehicle industry, this paper first describes the history and present situation of the electric vehicle industry at home and abroad, compares and analyzes the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of the three main domestic and international electric car charging service business models, and ultimately chooses to focus on full charge service for the study, researching on the mode of pricing space through case studies. Second, this paper uses the financial management tools, introduces the net present value (NPV) analysis method, and establishes "the electric vehicle-for-power station price (operational efficiency) measure tables" by drawing on the evaluation of project investment ideas. We can assess the economic benefits of the charging stations’ investment project at different price levels, and draw a reasonable return on price level and investment evaluation.Again, this paper introduces statistical analysis methods, randomly defines the parameters in the "electric vehicle-for-power station price (profit) measuring table" with the help of Excel math function, aiming at an amendment to the measuring tool and enhancing its scientific and applicability. Calculation shows that application of statistical methods greatly improves the analysis of probative force.At the same time, the establishment of "electric vehicles-for power station price (operational efficiency) measure tables" not only can analyze economic benefits of pricing strategies, also can subject to anti-reasonable price range in the premise of determining the economic objectives.The full paper makes the case studies as the main line, complementing by adequate macro-environment analysis, combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, and ultimately arrives at a reference tool and conclusions. This can provide a scientific reference for the overall electricity pricing strategy of the concentrated charge-for-service model of electric cars, and contribute to the formation of fair competition in the market and the future healthy development of the industry.
