SiMatrix中赋形镜的设计与仿真

【摘要】 本文的研究内容是作者在参与“十二五”民用航天项目的过程中所承担的部分工作。准光技术在射电天文、气象监测、卫星遥感等方面的应用日益广泛。天线测量系统是分析准光系统的有效办法,而设计或者制造一款具有良好性能的准光天线测量系统是准光技术研究的基础,因此对性能优秀的仿真设计软件的需求比较迫切。当前有相应的系统设计仿真软件,比如TICRA公司优秀的GRASP分析软件,但是其分析方法有一定的弊端。为了更适应科学研究和工程开发,作者所在实验室基于DGBA (Diffracted Gaussian Beam Analysis)分析方法开发了一款测量系统设计、仿真软件—SiMatrix软件,其在计算精度和计算效率方面都有一定的优势。由于SiMatrix软件还并不完善,为了适应工程性还需添加相应的模块,作者所参与的主要工作就是SiMatrix软件中赋形镜三反系统的设计和系统的仿真。赋形镜三反系统的模型实现需要相应的技术支撑,其中包括计算机图形学中的相应理论和OpenGL编程接口以及数学知识,比如坐标交换、双抛物面展开、牛顿迭代法等理论。作者的另一个主要工作是使用DGBA算法对准光系统(卡塞格伦-格里高利系统)进行设计与分析。DGBA分析方法作为SiMatrix软件的算法基础,其融合了其它分析方法的优点,又兼顾了速度和精度的优点,而且适合模块化设计仿真特性。本文仿真了卡塞格伦-格里高利三反射镜天线测量系统,并对测试结果进行了分析。

【Abstract】 The content of this article was based on the project of Civilian space during the12th Five Year Plan Period. Quasi-Optical technology was widely used in Radio astronomy, Meteorological monitoring, Satellite Remote Sensing etc. Antenna Measurement System was the effective measurement in the Quasi-Optical analyzing, and the base of the Quasi-Optical technology research was to design an effective Quasi-Optical antenna measurement system. Therefore, it was necessary to the design the simulation software which has excellent performance.At present, there was some related system design simulation software such as the GRASP of the TICRA. However, the analysis method has some drawbacks. In order to adapt to the development of science and engineering, based on DGBA(Diffractd Gaussian Beam Analysis) the members of our lab have developed a system design and simulation software-SiMatrix, which has certain advantages in accuracy and computational efficiency. Since the SiMatrix was imperfect, my main jobs is to design the shaped mirror Tri-reflector CATR(Compact Antenna Test Range) system and simulation the system in the SiMatrix.The development of the shaped mirror Tri-reflector CATR system was based on some related technology, such as the Computer Graphics, OpenGL Programming, Mathematical knowledge, including the Coordinate transformation, dual-Paraboloid expanding, Newton iteration etc.The another job is to use the DGBA algorithm to design and analyze the Quasi-Optical system (Cassegrain-Gregorian system). The DGBA analysis method was the basement of SiMatrix, which Combined the advantages of other analytical methods with high computing speed and accuracy and was suitable for modular design. The article simulated the Cassegrain-Gregorian three mirror reflection antenna measurement system and analyzed the test results.
