智慧时代国内高校图书馆服务创新研究
A Study on Service Innovation among Domestic University Libraries under Smart Ages

【摘要】 智慧时代的到来对于国内高校图书馆的发展既是机遇又是挑战,如何在新信息环境下创新用户服务是智慧时代高校图书馆发展的重要课题。本文通过整体分析当前国内重点院校与一般院校基于智慧时代的服务创新实践现状,分析、归纳、总结其不足。同时对南京大学与上海交通大学的创新实践进行了详细介绍,得出经验与启示。在分析具体实践的基础上,结合智慧时代发展的理念,详尽阐述了我国高校图书馆服务创新的体系以及运行模式。最后在体系与运行模式构建的基础上,提出我国高校图书馆服务创新的具体策略,以提供参考和借鉴。
【Abstract】 With the coming of Smart ages, it is both an opportunity and a challenge for the development of domestic university libraries, as how to create innovative user service under the new information environment is an important subject for them at this stage. In this paper, it aims to do integral analysis of the present situation of the service innovation practice among the domestic key universities and general colleges and to summarize the disadvantages of them. Besides, through detailed introduction of the innovation practice between Nanjing University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, it is to draw some experience and revelation. What’s more, based on the analysis of the specific practice and the combination of Smart ages’ development idea, the paper elaborates the service innovation system and the operating mode in our university libraries. Finally, on the basis of the system and the operation mode, it also puts forward some specific strategies on our university library service innovation for providing a reference and use for reference.
