【摘要】 中国男子篮球职业联赛发展至今已有18个年头,美国男子篮球职业联赛堪称全球职业篮球市场开发成功的典范,已有67年的历史,从各个角度看都领先于中国男子篮球职业联赛,在全球215国家和地区,以43种不同语言转播赛事,它是很成功的联赛,但是美国男子篮球职业联盟经历多次停摆,劳资谈判,建立各种制度、条款等,目的只有一个保障联赛的竞争性平衡,为球迷和观众提供高质量的比赛。职业联赛竞争性平衡作为影响职业体育联赛发展的重要因素,越来越受到体育经济学家和俱乐部业主的关注与重视,人们已经形成一个共识,即职业体育联赛的竞争性平衡不仅能够确保联赛结果的不确定性,更是职业体育联赛长期发展的根本保障。西方发达国家已经形成了较为成熟的职业体育联赛制度。国外关于体育联赛竞争性平衡问题的研究比国内更加成熟,相关问题的研究也积极推动了国外职业体育联赛的健康发展。相比之下,我国的职业体育联赛起步较晚,尚处于探索阶段,在联赛的竞争性平衡方面还有很大的改进余地。因此,为了更好的促进我国职业体育联赛健康、稳定的发展,对职业体育联赛竞争性平衡这一核心理论的研究是十分必要的。本研究以CBA联赛非均衡发展的现象为研究对象。主要运用专家访谈法、文献资料法、调查问卷法、数理统计法对我国CBA联赛竞争性平衡进行研究主要包括CBA联赛非均衡发展的现状分析、CBA联赛非均衡发展的成因分析。在此基础上,分析CBA联赛非均衡发展现状可能对职业篮球市场发展的影响,并借鉴发达联赛较为成熟的联赛管理经验,提出促进CBA联赛竞争性平衡的相关策略。主要研究结论如下：第一,CBA球队间存在竞技实力失衡的情况,球队间竞技实力悬殊、CBA联赛各俱乐部地域分布失衡、外籍球员引进方式存在漏洞。第二,CBA联赛管理体制不畅通,俱乐部没有联赛的经营权利、俱乐部经营状况不佳、后备人才培养体系不健全,是导致CBA联赛非均衡发展的主要原因。第三,现阶段各俱乐部几乎都处于亏损阶段,运营情况的巨大差别更是导致联赛实力分布的进一步不均匀。第四,建立科学的CBA联赛管理体制、CBA后备人才培养体系以及外援的选秀制度、取消对外援过多的限制、提高国内球员的水平才是根本。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of Chinese men’s basketball professional league has been18years, the U.S. men’s basketball professional league is a global professional basketball market development model of success, has a history of67years, from every point of view ahead of China men’s basketball professional league, the global215countries and regions, with43different language broadcast events, it is very successful, but the U.S. men’s basketball professional league experience multiple lockout, collective bargaining, build system of various, terms, etc., to only one guarantee competitive balance of the league, for the fans and spectators to provide high quality game. Professional football league of competitive balance, as an important factor affecting the development of professional sports league, more and more economists and sports club owner’s concern and attention, people have formed a consensus, the competitive balance of the professional sports league can not only ensure that the uncertainty of league results, but also the fundamental guarantee of long-term development of professional sports league. The western developed countries have formed a relatively mature system of professional sports league. Foreign research on competitive sports league balance issue than domestic more mature, and actively promote the researches of the healthy development of the foreign professional sports league. In contrast, professional sports league in China starts late, was still in the stage of exploration, competitive balance in the league by has much room for improvement. Therefore, in order to better promote the healthy and stable development of professional sports league in our country, the professional sports league competitive balance theory of the core of the research is very necessary.In this study the phenomenon of unbalanced development of CBA league as the research object. Using the method of expert interview, literature data method, questionnaire method, mathematical statistics research mainly includes the CBA league competitive balance in our CBA league non-balanced development present situation analysis, the cause of the unbalanced development of CBA league analysis. On this basis, the analysis of the CBA league unbalanced development situation is likely to influence on the development of the professional basketball market, on the league and a mature league management experience, and promote the CBA league competitive equilibrium strategies are put forward.The main research conclusions are as follows:First, the existence of competitive power imbalance between CBA, competitive strength disparity between the team and the CBA league clubs loopholes in regional distribution imbalance, the introduction of foreign players.Second, the CBA league club management system is not open, no league management rights, club management condition, backup talent cultivation system is not sound, is the main cause of the unbalanced development of CBA league.Third, the current club almost all losing money, much of a difference operation league strength has been further uneven distribution.Fourth, setting up the management system of the science of the CBA league, CBA backup talent cultivation system, as well as foreign aid system of the draft, cancellation, too many restrictions on foreign aid, raise the level of domestic players is the fundamental.更多还原
