【摘要】 本文通过对乘用车门护板的发展趋势，门护板的设计流程，概念开发以及工程开发等几个方面的分析和阐述，来说明门护板开发所运用到的现代设计方法及流程。研究内容为门护板开发的产品规划、质量设计、基本参数的选择与计算、功能件布置、结构可行性分析、结构方案和成型工艺的确定、连接形式和三维数据的设计、性能计算分析和验证、优化改进等几方面。使门护板充分满足人机工程学的要求，提高了安全性和舒适性；满足生产工艺及制造装配的需要，降低重量和成本。要使门护板造型美观，满足消费者的审美观点。开发过程中采用并行设计方法，缩短了开发周期和节约了开发成本；而模块化设计的应用，则提高了装配和维修的便利性，从而提高了生产效率。门护板总成要具有足够的刚度和强度，满足性能要求。并且在的开发设计时，要满足系列化的通用性，以节省模具费用，而且要保证产品具有强大的市场竞争能力，使其能迅速占领市场。因此，对基于现代设计方法的乘用车门护板开发的研究具有极其重要的意义。本文的研究，是对门护板开发中各个阶段所应用的现代设计方法进行总结和探讨。从概念开发阶段到工程开发阶段，都充分利用先进的现代设计手段，形成了一套完整的基于现代设计方法的门护板开发流程和方法。通过对现代设计方法的研究，表现出其在对产品的性能保证方面、对产品开发的周期缩短方面和对产品开发的成本节约方面，都优越于传统的设计方法，并有着至关重要的作用。现代设计方法的应用，加强了企业的核心竞争力。现代设计方法的研究，也为今后的乘用车门护板设计开发提供了非常有益的指导意义，具有较高的使用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, through the analysis of the development trend of thepassenger vehicle door trim panel, the design process of door trimpanel, analyzes and expounds several aspects of the arrangement of conceptdevelopment and engineering development, to illustrate the modern designmethod and process use for door trim panel. Research content for the door trim panel development product scheme, overall arrangement, the keyperformance parameters, structure design, finite element analysis,several aspects of trial test, optimization improve ect. The door trimpanel fully meet the technical, manufacturing and assembly need; meet thedemands of the ergonomics, and convenient repair. The door trim paneladopts modular design an improve the convenience of assembly, operation,but also improves the production efficiency. At the same time the doortrim panel assembly with stiffness, strength enough to ensure the smoothsurface, uniform gap good decorative effect. And has the characteristicsof light weight, low cost. Development and design of door trim panel notonly to meet the general series models, save the die cost, shorten thedevelopment cycle, early occupation of the market, but also to make theproduct has very strong market competition ability. Therefore, thedevelopment and research of door trim panel on the basis of modern designmethod has the extremely vital significance.This paper is modern design method summary and investigate of theevery stages for the door trim panel development. From concept developmentstage, to engineering development stage to make full use of advancedmodern design means, formed a set of design process and method based onmodern design method. The research indicate, the modern design method isbetter than the tradition design method on guarantee product performance,shorten the development cycle, save the cost. to increase the company hasvery strong market competition ability.
