汽轮机拖动的鼓风机组压力控制系统

【摘要】 鼓风机是化工工业过程中非常重要的设备,鼓风机运转中风机的出口压力的稳定性对生产工艺的安全、稳定、经济性起着至关重要的作用,是保证工艺品质的重要因素。本文以汽轮机拖动鼓风机为对象设计了出口压力控制系统,进行了压力控制方法的研究,设计了串级控制器。实现了汽轮机的转速控制,进而实现了鼓风机出口压力的稳定控制。本文通过分析离心鼓风机的功能、结构以及汽轮机的工作原理和工作特点,详细阐述了汽轮机拖动鼓风机系统的主要控制内容。在此基础上,阐明了压力调节系统的实现过程,分析了压力控制系统的特性。针对鼓风机出口压力受转速控制的特点,提出了鼓风机出口压力控制的串级控制策略。即内环采用转速控制,进行汽轮机转速的调节;外环为压力控制,通过调节汽轮机的转速实现鼓风机出口压力的控制。根据控制方法的研究,进行了出口压力控制系统的设计。系统采用PLC控制系统对鼓风机压力进行控制,使机组的控制更加完善,技术更加先进。重点介绍了压力控制系统中的硬件系统组成,完成了PLC系统设计、触摸屏应用系统的设计,以及压力传感器、速度传感器的应用电路设计。在硬件系统的基础上,进行了控制系统的软件设计。实现了PLC系统的功能软件设计和触摸屏人机界面系统的软件设计。实现了整个控制系统的软件实现功能。整个控制系统体系结构简洁、易于维护和扩展、响应速度快、控制精确、人机界面友好、机组控制合理;提出的串级控制系统有效地解决了压力控制问题、实际运行情况良好,系统稳定,操作方便、简易,工作可靠,便于维护。为用户现场创造了很好的经济效益。

【Abstract】 Blower is a very important equipment in the chemical industry process, the stability of the outlet pressure plays a significant role in security、stability and economic to ensure a blower’s process quality. Based on the blower driven by turbo, the design of the outlet pressure control system、the research of pressure control way and the design of cascade controller will be shown in this thesis. Besides, the speed control and the outlet pressure control will be implement steadily.Through analyzing the functions、 structure、work theory and characteristic of centrifugal blower, especially, te main control content of the blower driven by turbo will be introduced in detail. On this condition, this thesis will also give the implement process and the characteristic of the pressure control system. Due to the outlet pressure is controlled by speed control, based on this characteristic, the cascade control strategy of outlet pressure control will be given. The speed control is a "inner loop" for the speed control system of the turbo; The "outer loop" is the pressure control, it is controlled by the speed control.According to the research of control method, outlet pressure control will be designed. The blower’s pressure will get the perfect control and the advanced technology by PLC control system. Besides, the main hardware system in the pressure control system will be introduced in detail, the design of the HMI program, the applied electrocircuit design of pressure transducer and speed transducer will be given in this thesis.The software program including the logic programs and HMI programs will be designed based on the hardware in control system.The whole control system will be compact、maintainable、distensible、rapidly、 exact、friendly、logical and have an available effective impact on solving some problems in pressure control process, the users will get a very considerable economic benefits by the advantage of this control system.
