T6112普通镗床的PLC控制改造

【摘要】 T6112镗床是沈鼓集团在20世纪80年代引进的国产设备,该机床通用性较强,可进行各种工件,特别是箱体、支架工件的钻孔、扩孔、镗孔、铰孔、铣平面、镗平面等工作。机床装有固定式平旋盘径向刀架,能镗削较大的平面,还可作部分铣削工作。由于该设备已经运行多年,虽然电气元件老化严重,故障频繁发生,但机械结构还保持的比较好,大有改造的潜力和价值,因此沈鼓集团将其列入大修改造设备名录当中,对其进行电控系统改造。本课题研究的内容主要为该机床的PLC改造设计及进给机构闭环控制。首先介绍了机床改造的背景及意义,分析了T6112卧式镗床的工作原理及电气控制原理,阐述了PLC的工作原理及在机床电器控制中的应用现状及发展趋势,然后根据机床的控制原理对机床的电气控制系统进行改造升级。根据机床的输入输出点数选择西门子S7-200-CPU226型PLC主机,设计I/0接口及I/0地址的分配,分析各部分的控制逻辑,绘制工作流程图,编制PLC程序。为提高加工精度,在进给机构上设置了位置测量机构,设计了闭环系统及控制器,形成位置进给全闭环控制。通过对T6112镗床的改造,使得机床在原有的操作方式不变,主电路不变的情况下,提高了加工精度,简化了控制线路,同时,机床故障率也有所降低。提高了企业的生产装备性能,同时比较购买1台新设备节约了硬件投入的成本。
【Abstract】 T6112boring machine which is a domestic machine was introduced by Shenyang Blower Works Group Co., Ltd.(Hereinafter referred to as SBW) in1980s. The machine is widely used for all kinds of work pieces, especially for the drilling, broaching, boring, reaming, milling and boring flat surface and other jobs of the body and the stand. The machine has fixed facing head radial tool post. It can bore large flat surface, and can also do some milling work.The machine has been operated for many years. Although the aging of some electrical components is serious, and accidents happen frequently, the mechanical structure is kept well, and it has the potential and value to be transformed. So SBW puts this machine into its transformation list, and intends to transform the machine’s electric control system.The main content of this subject is to study the transforming design of the machine’s PLC and the closed-loop control of supply institutions. Firstly it introduces the background and significance of this machine’s transformation, analyzes the working and the electrical control principle of T6112horizontal boring machine, and dictates the working principle of PLC and its application situation and developing trend in the future in electric control, and then about the transforming and upgrading of the electric control system according to the control principle. According to the input and output points of the machine, select PLC host of Siemens S7-200-CPU226type, design the I/O connector and the I/O address distribution, analyze the control logic of all parts, draw the working flow chart, and work out PLC program. For the improvement of the machine’s accuracy, set position measurement organization in the supply institutions, design the closed-loop system and controller, and form position supply all-closed-loop control.Through the transformation of T6112boring machine, in the case that the original operating mode and the main circuit are not changed, the working accuracy is improved, the control circuit is simplified, and at the same time, the failure rate of the machine is also reduced; the production equipment performance is improved; and the cost of hardware investment is saved compared to buying a new one.
