【摘要】 随着我国改革开放的不断深入和市场经济的进一步完善,企业发展所面临的环境发生了很大的变化,经济的全球化进一步加剧,竞争越来越激化。企业在发展过程中能否通过制定切实可行的发展战略,能为企业指明正确的发展方向,但不能简单的认为企业制定了正确的战略就一定能够成功,如何辅以相应的内部控制措施以确保战略的实施,才是企业走向成功的关键。杭州锅炉集团股份有限公司是一家以传统制造业为主体的集团公司,在经历国企改制进入民营化经营,再上市的过程中积累了大量的资本。2011年杭锅集团对其全资子公司杭州杭锅江南能源有限公司增资开始开展贸易业务。贸易公司引进外部业务团队,整合了原有的经营业务,开始大规模开展钢材贸易,铁矿石等大宗商品的进出口业务,但是从2011年开始,整个经济环境的变化非常复杂,贸易公司在业务管控的过程中暴露出很多的问题,导致到2013年年末,贸易公司不仅没有实现预期的利润,反而很多应收款面临成为坏账的风险非常巨大。在本文的研究中,充分参考和运用战略管理的主要思想,结合国内外学者的一些观点,通过调研分析法,案例研究法和归纳总结等方法,深入分析杭锅贸易战略所面临的问题。希望运用所学到的专业知识,通过理论研究和案例分析进行有机的组合,提出企业在战略制定,实施和保障方面可资借鉴的相关建议,让企业平稳健康运行。更多还原

【Abstract】 With continuously intensified reformation and development of market economy, enterprise comes to the dramatic change of social environment. Meanwhile, the accelerated economic globalization has intensified the competition. In the development process, the enterprise should develop feasible and practical business development strategy, so as to point out a correct direction for its development. However, it cannot be simply regarded that if an enterprise has a suitable strategy, it can achieve success definitely. How to accompany relevant internal management to make sure the implementation of development strategy is the key for the success of the enterprise.Hangzhou Boiler Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter called HBG) is a comprehensive group corporation engaged in traditional manufacturing industry. HBG has gone through the processes of being state-owned, reforming into private enterprise, and becoming a listed enterprise. During the transformation, huge amount of capital has been accumulated. In2011, HBG expanded capital investment in its wholly owned subsidiary Hangzhou Boiler Jiang Nan Energy Co., Ltd, and commenced trading business. After recruiting an experienced team and integrating the existing business, the subsidiary launched the business of steel and import-export of iron ore. Many problems still showed up in the business management process of the subsidiary, still due to the complicated economic environment since2011. This made the trading company unable to bring excess profits for HBG at the end of2013, but caused many receivables facing high risks of becoming bad debts.In this paper, the author uses the strategic management theory and reviews the literature from home and abroad. With research analysis, case study, summarizing method, and other methods, this paper investigates the problems that HBG is facing in the aspects of trade strategy. With the application of professional knowledge, and organic integration of theoretical research with case analysis, the author put forward some relevant achievable suggestions on formulating, implementing and safeguard the enterprise strategies, thus ensuring enterprises operation stably and healthily.更多还原
