长春城市配电网网架模型研究与应用

【摘要】 长春配电网目标网架研究是地区总体规划的关键部分,也是城市配网建设、改造的依据。科学合理的目标网架模型是配电网规划工作的前提。近年来,长春地区负荷逐年攀升,10kV配电网在为地区经济社会发展做出巨大贡献的同时,也暴露出供电能力不足,网架结构薄弱,可靠性有待提高,建设难度大等突出问题。针对上述问题,本文对长春城市配电网目标网架模型进行系统设计;并选取典型区域,利用本课题目标网架模型设计成,理论与实践并用分析成效。论文研究工作具体包括以下几个方面:本文首先对配电网网架模型进行研究,通过科学的方法和技术手段寻求最优和次优方案作为规划建设方案,为长春配电网的评估和目标网架规划建设提供依据;然后进行配电网拓扑结构分析及供电模式研究,设定配电网典型供电模型及边界条件设定。通过对不同接线模式在设定的边界条件下的计算结果进行分析汇总,得出了不同供电模型在不同负荷密度、不同电压等级和变电规模下的各个指标的变化走势;接下来论证了不同负荷水平情况下的配电网接线过渡模式,阐述了高压配电网和中低压配电网常见的典型接线模式,并结合相应的典型接线模式,提出不同负荷水平时到目标网架结构的过渡方式;最后,选取长春南部都市经济开发区作为典型区域,利用本文中的配电网规划模型方法对其规划模型进行研究,通过配电网拓扑结构分析及供电模式研究确定目标网架,最后得出该区域配电网的目标网架建设分阶段实施方案,确定目标网架建设过渡措施。
【Abstract】 Study of the distribution network the target rack is a key part of the overall plan, also bethe basis of urban distribution network construction and renovation. Scientific andreasonable space truss model is the precondition of power distribution network planning.Load rise year by year in recent years, changchun area,10kv power distribution network inmade great contributions to regional economic and social development at the same time, alsoexposed the power supply capacity is insufficient, space truss structure is weak, thereliability improvement, construction difficult problems such as. According to the aboveproblem, in this paper, the changchun city distribution network space truss model for systemdesign; And selecting typical area, the use of this topic space truss model design, the theoryand practice and analysis results. Thesis research work including the following aspects:This article first study of power network frame model, through the scientific methodand technology to seek the optimal and suboptimal solutions as the planning andconstruction, for changchun distribution network evaluation and providing a basis for theconstruction of the target network programming; Then the distribution network topologyanalysis and power supply mode, set the typical distribution network power supply modeland boundary conditions are set. Based on different connection modes in setting calculationresults are analyzed under the boundary conditions of the summary, the different powersupply model is obtained under different load density and different voltage grade and thechange trend of substation under the size of each index; Then demonstrates the transitionunder different load level of distribution network wiring mode, this paper expounds the highvoltage distribution network and low voltage distribution network in common typicalconnection model, and combined with the corresponding typical connection mode, putforward different load levels to the target space truss structure transition way; Finally, thesouth of changchun city economic development zone as a typical area, the method ofdistribution network planning model is presented in this paper to study its programmingmodel, through the distribution network topology analysis and research target rack powersupply mode, finally it is concluded that the goal of the regional distribution network frame construction implementation plan by stages, the interim measures for the construction targetrack.
