【摘要】 目的：运用中医基础理论，结合现代研究，观察瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加味治疗稳定型心绞痛痰浊内阻证的临床疗效及安全性，探讨痰浊内阻对冠心病稳定型心绞痛发病的影响。方法：将60例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为两组，实验组、对照组各30例。实验组用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加味治疗，对照组给予常规治疗，4周为一疗程，观察临床疗效及不良反应。结果：实验组在治疗心绞痛疗效、改善临床症状方面明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），存在显著性差异。结论：具有化痰去浊作用的中药瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加味治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective：Using the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, combined withmodern research, Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Gualou Xiebai BanxiaDecoction in the treatment of phlegm blocking type stable angina pectoris of coronaryheart disease, explore the influence of phlegm resistance on the incidence of coronary heartdisease with stable angina pectoris.Methods：60patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into theexpermental group (30cases)and the control group (30cases). The expermental group wasdosed Gualou Xiebai decoction.The control group received conventional treatment.Thecourse of treatment is two weeks, in order to observe clinical efficacy and adversereactions.Results： Compared with the control group, the treatment of angina of theexperimental group has been greatly improved, and the improvement of clinical symptomsis better. The experimental group had remarkable effect upon clinical general therapeuticeffect (P＜0.05)Conclusion：Gualou Xiebai medicine decoction，with the phlegm turbidity removaleffect，in treating the angina pectoris of coronary heart disease，was safe and effective.更多还原
