【摘要】 目的：观察针刺结合小青龙汤治疗寒哮（Asthma）急性发作期的患者的疗效并与西药口服氨茶碱片组对比，为针灸治疗哮喘提供临床依据，探索有效的治疗方法。方法：筛选寒哮急性发作期的患者60例，随机分为针刺结合小青龙汤法组（治疗组）和口服西药组（对照组），记录一个疗程治疗前后患者的主要症状及体征改变、肺功能变化、以及血气分析。结果：（1）治疗组总有效率为86.67%，对照组总有效率为70%，两者比较有显著性差异（P<0.05）；（2）治疗组在缓解喘息、咳嗽、咯痰和哮鸣音方面，明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；（3）两组治疗前后的FEV1(L)、PEF(L/sec)、FEV1/FVC%比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组比较，两组有显著性差异（P<0.01）；（4）两组治疗前后PaO2明显升高、PaCO2明显降低，有显著性差异（P<0.05，P<0.01）。治疗组与对照组组间对照有显著性差异（P<0.01）。结论：针刺结合小青龙汤治疗对寒哮急性发作期的患者有确切的疗效，优于西药观察组，值得进一步推广应用。其机理为通过提高PaO2、降低PaCO2，来缓解支气管痉挛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: The effects of acupuncture combined with Xiao Qing Long Tang to cureacute attack of cold asthma (Asthma) were observed, and compared with western medicineoral aminophylline treatment. The result is aimed to provide clinical evidence ofacupuncture treatment of asthma and explore the effective treatment.Method:60patients who got acute attack of asthma are selected as the samples. Thesubjects are divided into two groups randomly, who receive Xiao Qing Long Tangtreatment (treatment group) and oral western medicine treatment (control group)respectively. During the observation, the symptom of a patient pre-post treatment, changesof pulmonary function and blood gas analysis are recorded.Result:(1) The total effective rate of treatment group was86.67%and control groupwas76.67%, There is significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);(2) Theeffects in alleviating gasp, cough, expectoration and wheezing between two groups, thetreatment group was much better than control group.(3) Compare two groups of FEV1(L)、PEF(L/sec)、FEV1/FVC%pre-post treatment, there is significant difference (P<0.05). Thetreatment group compared with control group, two groups have significant difference.(4)There is significant difference (P<0.05, P<0.01) pre-post treatment, PaO2was higher, whilePaCO2decreased obviously. There is a significant difference between treatment group andcontrol group (P<0.01).Conclusion: There are definite curative effect by acupuncture combined with XiaoQing Long Tang to cure acute attack of cold asthma, which is better than western medicinecontrol group and worth of further popularization and application. The mechanism is byraising PaO2and reducing PaCO2to relieve the bronchospasm.更多还原
