【摘要】 早在16世纪中叶，瑞士日内瓦就出现了一批私人银行家，他们专门为欧洲的贵族们提供私密性较强的金融理财服务。这样的私人银行金融服务模式经历了几百年的历程，逐渐在全球范围内发展成为高净值资产客户提供产品和服务的重要途径。2007年的一次全球性的金融风暴让私人银行业务的特点及优势表现突出，使得很多资本家规避了风险，减少了金融危机带来的灾难性损失。全球各家金融机构自此陆续开展了私人银行业务，使得私人银行业务得到一定程度的关注与发展。随着中国经济的持续高速增长和社会财富进程的加快，私人银行这一西方历史悠久的银行业务渐渐进驻了中国大陆。一方面是国内银行缺乏实战经验的现实，另一方面却是巨大的市场需求，私人银行的发展已成为国内金融领域面临的重大课题。建设银行从2008年开展私人银行业务，在网点资源、客户资源、服务网络等方面具有一定优势，在私人银行领域取得了一席之地。但面对国内外众多金融机构的激烈竞争，建设银行在发展私人银行业务上还存在着一定的劣势，从建设银行吉林省分行私人银行业务发展看，存在着私人银行产品品种单一，缺乏高水平的私人银行人才队伍，管理体制不完善，网络模式的国际化尚未形成，投资管理能力不足等问题。在中国经济高速发展的历史背景下，私人银行业务的市场需求巨大，对私人银行业务的研究也就具有深远的意义。本文深入分析建设银行吉林省分行私人银行业务的发展现状及优劣势，提出在开展私人银行业务中存在的问题。同时借鉴国内外其他银行私人银行业务的发展经验，取其精华去其糟粕，提出建设银行吉林省分行未来私人银行业务发展的目标定位、人力资源配置策略、核心能力建设策略以及品牌管理策略。本文第一章主要介绍选题背景、选题意义、研究方法和框架；第二章主要是对国内外私人银行的发展经验及现状进行分析；第三章阐述了建设银行吉林省分行私人银行业务发展现状及存在问题；第四章是研究建设银行吉林省分行私人银行业务发展的策略，找出建设银行吉林省分行私人银行发展方向。本文对建设银行吉林省分行的私人银行业务发展提出自己的问题和见解，在一定程度上对建设银行私人银行业务发展有着重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Early in the middle of the sixteenth Century, the Swiss Geneva appeared in anumber of private bankers, they specialized in providing confidentiality strongfinancial services to the European aristocracy. Private banking financial servicemode that has experienced several hundred years of history, the development of highnet worth clients become important means of providing products and service in theglobal scope gradually. A global financial storm in2007let the characteristics andadvantages of the private banking business of outstanding performance, makingmany capitalists to evade the risk, reduce the financial crisis brought about by acatastrophic loss. The global various financial institutions since have launched aprivate banking business, make the private banking business concern and a certaindegree of development.China along with the sustained and rapid economic growth and the acceleratedprocess of social wealth, the private banking of the West has a long history of thebanking business, gradually entered the China. On the one hand, domestic bankslack of combat experience of reality, it is a huge market demand on the other hand,the development of the private banks has become a major issue facing the domesticfinancial sector. The construction of banks in the private banking business from2008,has some advantages in network resources, customer resources, service network, hasmade a space for one person in the realm of private banking. But in the face of fiercecompetition in the domestic and foreign many financial institutions, the developmentof private banking business in the Construction Bank still exist some disadvantages,from the development of private banking business in China Construction Bank Jilin branch, the existence of private banking product varieties of a single, the lack of highlevels of private bank personnel, management system is not perfect, the internationalnetwork model has not yet formed, the problem of insufficient investmentmanagement ability.In Chinese rapid economic development of the historical background, theprivate banking business of the huge market demand, the research on private bankingbusiness has far-reaching significance. This in-depth analysis of the current situationof the development of Construction Bank Jilin Province branch of the privatebanking business and the advantages and disadvantages in the development, putforward the existing problems in the private banking business. At the same time thedevelopment experience of other domestic private banking business, its essence to itsdregs, proposed the target, the future development of the private banking business inChina Construction Bank Jilin branch human resource allocation strategy, corecompetence construction strategy and brand management strategy. The first chaptermainly introduces the background, significance, research methods and framework;the second chapter is mainly the development experience and the present situation ofdomestic and foreign private bank to carry on the analysis; the third chapterdescribes the Construction Bank Jilin Province branch of the private bankingbusiness development status and existing problems; the fourth chapter is thedevelopment of the private banking business of China Construction Bank Jilinbranch strategy, identify the development direction of private banks in ChinaConstruction Bank Jilin branch.Put forward their own questions and opinions in this paper on the developmentof private banking business in China Construction Bank Jilin branch, to a certainextent to the construction bank private banking business development has importantsignificance.更多还原
