【摘要】 随着我国经济的发展,我国的医疗事业也取得了很大的进步,但也因此出现了很多问题,医疗废物的处置是目前迄待解决的棘手问题之一。医疗废物处置,是指有关人员,对医院内部产生的对人或动物及环境具有物理、化学或生物感染性伤害的医用废弃物品和垃圾的处理流程,它包括对某些感染性强的医疗废弃物品的妥善消毒乃至彻底清除的过程。本文详述了我国医疗废物的分类、来源、危害及其处理处置技术的现状和发展趋势,在此基础上,以宝鸡市医疗废物处置中心为例,研究了高温蒸汽灭菌法处理医疗固废的技术原理、工艺过程及其在实际应用中的优缺点。分析了医疗废物高温蒸汽灭菌工艺处理过程及其各项控制因素,总结了相关配套工艺中的废气废水处理工艺,并由此提出了我国中小城市医疗废物处置采用高温蒸汽灭菌工艺符合国家相关危险废物处置技术规范和规定,该结果兼具经济性和地域适宜性,对我国高温高压蒸汽灭菌式医疗废物处理系统的应用及推广具有一定的理论和实践意义,能够为今后我国中小城市采用高温蒸汽灭菌技术处置医疗废物提供一定的实践和理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of our economy, our country’s medical enterprise also has made great progress, but also there are many problems, the disposal of medical wastes is one of the difficult problems for solving. Medical waste disposal, refers to the relevant personnel, the hospital internal of people or animals and the environment has the physical, chemical or biological infectious medical waste damage items and garbage processing procedure, and it includes some strong infectious medical waste materials properly disinfected and thoroughly remove process. This article details the classification, source and harm of medical waste in China and its status quo and development trend of the technology of disposal, on this basis, in baoji medical waste disposal center as an example, studied the high temperature steam sterilization method of dealing with the medical solid waste technology principle, technological process and its advantages and disadvantages in practical application. Analysis of the medical waste heat steam sterilization processing process and its control factors, summarizes the related process of exhaust gas in the wastewater treatment process, and thus puts forward the small and medium-sized cities in our country medical waste disposal adopts the high temperature steam sterilization process in line with the relevant national hazardous waste disposal technology and norms, the results both economy and region suitability, high temperature and high pressure steam sterilization in China type application and promotion of medical waste treatment systems have certain theoretical and practical significance, can for the future of our country small and medium-sized city using high temperature steam sterilization technology certain practical and theoretical foundation for the disposal of medical wastes.更多还原
