【摘要】 课程改革以来,新课程标准对高中思想政治课教师实施新课程提出了更新和更高的要求。因此,新课程对每一位教师来说,既是机遇,又是挑战。生成性教学是当前新课程改革中所倡导的教学理念。叶澜教授在其所主持的“面向21世纪新基础教育研究”的教育改革项目中,首次从关注师生生命成长的髙度,重新定义了教育教学的价值观,并倡导动态生成的教学过程观,自此之后,生成性教学的思想与理念越发被人熟知,大量的研究也逐步深入,生成性教学理论逐渐成熟。生成性教学的生成不是一种技术,而是承认教师的个体生命存在价值的教学观。动态生成的课堂需要具有动态生成这种思想的教师,更需要教师具有动态生成的教学水平和构建能力。在推进思想政治课生成性教学的过程中,教师自身生成性教学能力是将思想政治新课程理念转化为具体的课堂教学实践的重要因素。思想政治课教师生成性教学能力在一定程度上反映了教师对新课程要求的达标情况,思想政治课教师必须具备生成性教学能力才能适应新课程改革的要求。根据新课程实施的必要性和新课标赋予教师的新职责与新理念,教师在生成性教学中的能力成为一个至关重要的问题,这也是本论文研究和关注的核心问题。本文从以下三方面来对思想政治课教师生成性教学能力展开论述。第一部分是对生成性教学的内涵、特征、教师生成性教学能力及思想政治课教师生成性教学能力的涵义、构成进行了阐述。本文对生成性教学和生成性教学能力进行探讨,目地在于深刻阐释思想政治课教师生成性教学能力,为思想政治课教师生成性教学能力的发展,提高思想政治课的质量和水平,推进思想政治课教育改革提供借鉴。第二部分分析了提升思想政治课教师生成性教学能力的意义。在深刻学习和领会基础教育课程改革和新课程理念的基础上,结合思想政治课堂中生成性教学的案例,提出了培养思想政治课教师生成性教学能力的意义:有利于课程目标的实现,有利于教学效果的优化,有利于教师主导作用的凸显。第三部分提出了提升思想政治课教师生成性教学能力的措施,从教师观念,教师能力,教学过程及教学反思四个角度展开论述,即树立正确的教学价值观,提高教师生成性教学专业能力,师生互动中建构生成体验,培养教师自主发展的意识和能力四方面展开论述。提升思想政治课教师生成性教学能力是适应新课程改革的需要,是改变当前教育现状的需要,是教师自身发展的需要。本文在素质教育的视廓下,在深刻学习和领会新课改革的精神和理念,在具体的教育实践的基础上对思想政治课教师生成性教学能力展开研究,对今后的思想政治课堂教学提供了理论和实践借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the curriculum reform, the new curriculum for the senior high school political teachers to implement the new curriculum political updates and higher requirements.The new curriculum for every teacher, is not only the opportunities, but also challenges. Generative teaching is advocated in the new curriculum reform of the current teaching idea. For the first time Professor Ye Lan redefined the values of education and teaching, and advocated for the dynamically generative concept of teaching process from the height of the life and growth of teachers and students in the education reform project of the new basic education for the 21 st century, that she presided over. Since then, the ideas and concepts of generative teaching becomes more and more popular among researchers and teachers, lots of researches become deeper and generative teaching theory gradually matures. Generative teaching is not a technology, but admitted that teachers’ teaching view of the individual life value. Dynamically generative teaching not only needs a teacher who has rich ideas and thoughts about it but also needs a teacher who has dynamically generative teaching level and classroom constructing capacity. In advancing the process of thought political lesson of generative teaching, teachers’ own generative teaching ability is the ideological and political new curriculum concepts into specific class teaching practice. The thought political lesson teacher’s ability in the process of generative teaching had reflected in the certain degree of attainment of teachers new curriculum requirements. The thought political lesson teacher must possess generative teaching ability to adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum reform.According to the new duty and new ideas of the necessity of the implementation of the new curriculum and the new curriculum standard to the teacher, teacher’s ability in the process of generative teaching has become a crucial issue, which is the core issue of this thesis research and attention. In this paper, the following three areas to expand the discussion of the ideological and political teachers generative teaching ability.The first part is the connotation of generative teaching, characteristics of generative teaching, teacher generative teaching ability and thought political teachers teaching ability to generate constitute described. In this paper, the generative teaching and generative teaching ability is discussed, aimed at creating teaching ability of Ideological and political teacher profound interpretation, for the development of generative teaching abilities of Ideological and political course teachers, improve the quality and level of Ideological and political course, provides the reference for the ideological and political education reform.The second part analyzes the significance to improve the ideological and political teacher generative teaching. Based on the profound study and understanding of the basic education curriculum reform and the new curriculum concept, combining the case of generative teaching in Ideological and political class, put forward the significance of training teachers generative teaching ability: meaning is beneficial to the realization of curriculum objectives, beneficial to the optimization of teaching effect, conducive to the development of Teachers’ professional.The third part puts forward to promote the generation of teaching abilities of Ideological and political course measures, from the four aspects :concept of teachers, teacher’s ability, teaching process and teaching reflection, reflection and reconstruction of teachers teaching values, improve the professional ability of generative teaching in Ideological and political courses, teacher-student interaction generative construction experience, the teachers’ cultivation discusses four aspects to enhance the capacity of consciousness.To enhance the ability of generative teaching thought politics teacher is the need to adapt to the new curriculum reform, It is the need to change the current education situation, is the need of the development of teachers. In this paper, in the visual profile of quality education, in the profound study and understand the spirit of the new curriculum reform and the idea, based on the specific teaching practice on the ideological and political teachers generative teaching ability to research, provides the theory and practice of Ideological and political teaching in the future.更多还原
