核心力量训练对高校女子篮球运动员跳投命中率影响的实验研究

【摘要】 篮球运动发展已有100余年历史,从规则的不断变化到技战术特点的同时演变,诠释着篮球运动的顽强的生命力。篮球是中国的也是世界的,它成功的吸引着无数的人员参与其中不管是教练员还是运动员或者其他业余爱好者。当代的篮球注重运动员的身体能力的对抗要求有良好的体能储备,尤其是力量和速度能力。有了力量我们才能在对抗中获得主动权,有了速度才能更灵活,跑动更快才有更多的机会得分。篮球运动最吸引人的地方就是变化多样性,运动员在面对场上不同变化时要不断整合自己的技能和体能素质做出及时有效的反应,选择最正确的打法。所以要狠抓篮球运动员的四肢力量训练的同时,更加突出躯干核心部区域的能力发展。另外篮球运动要求运动员有强大的投篮能力,要完成一次精确的投篮既需要运动员多关节、多肌群的参与,更需要运动员在此技能中能整合身体的整体控制,躯干和四肢的精确控制。本文将通过结合两种训练,核心力量训练和传统力量训练,设计出一套完整有效的并且适合女子篮球运动员的生理特点的训练方案。本文选取燕京理工学院女子篮球队的16名二级女子篮球运动员为实验对象,将其随机分为4个等组,第一组与第三组为实验组,第二组与第四组为对照组。在实验组的训练过程中充分的融合了核心力量训练与传统的力量训练,而对照组只单独的实施传统力量训练。实验的最终目的是要找出核心力量训练与投篮命中率之间的关系。本次实验研究一定做到严谨有序,最大限度的控制变量,从而有效的保证结果的准确性。结果表明,实验组力量素质水平有较大的提升,投篮命中率略有提升但影响不显著。
【Abstract】 There have been more than 100 years history of the basketball movement development., the illustration of the tenacious vitality of the basketball sports can always be seen all the long way. Basketball belongs to world and it has successfully attracted numerous people getting involved, including the coaches, professional players and others. The contemporary basketball sports focuses on the confrontation of the player’s physical abilities, requiring a good ability of strength and speed. The most attractive part in basketball lies in its variety and the fact that the players should react effectively by correspondingly integrating their own skills and physical quality to make timely and effective response in the face of the different changes on the basketball court and choose the right play. Therefore when we pay attention to basketball players’ limbs strength training, the development of more prominent regional trunk core ability should be enhanced. Also basketball players are required to have strong shooting abilities and precise shot needs the participation of players’ multi-joints and multi muscle groups,the skill of precise controlling the body to integrate the trunk and limbs as a a whole.This paper combines two kinds of training:core strength training and traditional strength training,,which is based on their characteristics. In this study, we selected female basketball teams of 16 secondary female basketball players from Yanking Institute of Technology as the experimental object.They were randomly divided into 4 groups, 1 and 3 as the experimental group, 2 and 4 as the controlled group. In the training process of the experimental group, the strength training and traditional strength training methods were carefully applied, while in the control group nothing but the traditional strength training methods were applied as before. The ultimate purpose of the experiment is to find out the relationship between core strength training and field-goal percentage. This experiment must be rigorous and try to control variables to its greatest extent so as to effectively guarantee the accuracy of the results. The results show that the level of experimental groups have been greatly improved while the field-goal percentage has been slightly increased but the effect is not significant.
