【摘要】 本文旨在讨论安史之乱以后,山南东道地区的开发和地方长吏之间的关系,尝试通过地方长吏这一切入点对这一地区各方面的风貌有深入的了解,进而揭示地方长吏在地区发展中的贡献与作用。文章首先对安史之乱后山南东道方镇建制变迁进行了梳理,并指出其特点,进而对呈现四镇并立格局的原因作出分析,并认为出现这种状况的原因在于中央政权对关中安全的考虑。其次,梳理出安史之乱后在此四镇的任职人员表,并结合当时政治环境等因素对其任期、出身、籍贯、地位、履历等作出了详尽的分析,力图寻找此地最高长官的任职人员特色。最后,对地方长吏在山南东道地区开发中的作用进行论证分析,主要分为三个方面：1.清肃邦畿、维持稳定。主要对地方长吏在稳定地方安宁、维护地方治安、考核官吏、实现与中央战略利益战略部署相一致等方面的贡献进行讨论分析。2.发展生产。以兴修水利、发展农业生产、促进工商业和交通发展等为核心考察地方长吏的作为,另对唐代山南东道地区洪灾少的原因作出剖析,认为和这一地区所兴修的水利工程有莫大的关系。3.教化百姓。主要论述了教育以及移风易俗方面的一些作为。地方长吏的上述措施对安史之乱后山南东道地区的开发有重大意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper aims to discuss the relationship between the development of the area Dongdao, Shannan and the local officials after the An-shi Rebellion. It attempts to get a deeper understanding of various aspects of the features in this area through the entry point of local officials, thus further revealing the contribution and role of local officials in the development of the area. This paper firstly summarizes the changes of the construction system of the Dongdao town, Shannan, pointing out its characteristics, thus making an analysis of the reasons for the coexistence of four towns, and holding that such situation is mainly due to the safety consideration in the Guanzhong area of the central government. Secondly, it tackles with the serving officials’ names in these 4 towns after the An-shi Rebellion, trying to find out the characteristics of highest officials in this region, with a detailed analysis of their serving terms, backgrounds, origins, status, and resumes combined with the political environment then. At last, it makes a demonstration and analysis of the roles of local officials in the Dongdao area of Shannan, which is divided into 3 aspects:1. conquer the territory and maintain the sustainability. It mainly makes discussion and analysis of the contribution of local officials in aspects as stabilizing the local peace, maintaining the local security, assessing the officials, and keeping up with the strategic interest strategy of the central government.2. Develop the production. It assesses the behavior of local officials in building water conservancy projects, developing agricultural production, promoting industrial and commercial, as well as transportation development as the core. Besides, it discusses the reasons for the few floods in the Dongdao area of Shannan in Tang dynasty, holding that the water conservancy projects in this area have great relationship to it.3. Educate the mass. It mainly discusses behaviors in education and habits and customs changing. The above mentioned measures of the local officials have great significance to the development of Dongdao area of Shannan after the An-shi Rebellion.更多还原
