【摘要】 随着我国经济的发展,民航交通作为连接人类社会和经济活动的重要纽带之一,体现出越来越重要的作用,其中民航机场又是为这类活动提供各种机遇和获得基本服务的有效载体。与此同时,民航机场的建设、发展和管理也面临着新的挑战。在满足客流和物流需求的基础建设和日常管理已经必备的情况下,信息化将是未来决定其业内地位的重要因素,信息化在生产、管理和服务领域的成功,意味着在提高效率、降低运营成本、提升服务品质、扩展经营方面均拥有先发优势,从而更好地推动和保障变革创新。本文依据信息化战略及企业战略理论,阐述了信息化战略对于企业战略实现的重要意义。在分析首都机场、浦东机场和新加坡樟宜机场的信息化现状和经验的基础上,对BY机场的信息化状况进行了总结,得出了其信息化面临的问题：主要是基础设施老化、信息孤岛、缺少管控系统以及信息化覆盖不够等问题。随后在第四章运用SWOT战略分析方法,从内部优势和劣势、外部机会和威胁四个方面研究了BY机场信息化发展环境,最终引出了BY机场的信息化战略的目标、实施内容和实施风险。在第五章着重阐述了信息化战略规划的相关内容,主要包括服务器、存储以及网络等基础设施的建设,生产运营系统的框架设计以及核心系统--中央信息集成管理系统(IMF)的关键架构,地面服务系统的建设,决策支持系统的建设以及新技术的应用等五个方面的发展战略。为确保BY机场信息化战略的成功实施,第五章还分析了信息化战略实施过程中可能遇到的风险,主要包括技术风险、实施风险和管理变革风险,以及如何规避这些风险。希望本文的研究能对BY机场的信息化战略提供参考建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 As China’s economic development, civil aviation as an important transportation link connecting human social and economic activities, is becoming more and more important, civil airport is to provide a variety of opportunities and access to basic services and effective support for such activities. At the same time, civil aviation airport construction, development and management is also facing new challenges. In meeting the needs of passenger and logistics infrastructure and ongoing management has been necessary, the information will be an important factor in the future to determine their position in the industry, the success of information technology in the production, management and service areas, means to improve efficiency, reduce operating costs, improve service quality, expand business areas all have first-mover advantage, in order to better promote and protect Transformation and innovation.In this paper, based on information strategy and corporate strategy theory to explain the significance of information technology strategy for corporate strategy implementation. Based on the analysis of information present situation and experience in the Capital Airport, Pudong Airport and Singapore Changi Airport on the summary of the information status of BY airport, obtained its information technology problems. Mainly aging infrastructure, information silos, lack of management and control systems, and information covering issues such as inadequate. Then in the fourth chapter, using the strategic SWOT analysis, from four aspects of internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats to study BY airport information development environment, and ultimately leads to the goal of BY airport information strategy, implementation content and implementation risks. In the fifth chapter focuses on the related content of information strategic planning, including the construction of servers, storage and network infrastructure, production operation system framework design and the core system-Central Integrated Management Information System (IMF) key architecture, construction of ground service system, construction of decision support systems and the application of new technologies such as five. To ensure the successful implementation of information strategy of BY airport, the fifth chapter also analyzes the risk of information that may be encountered during the implementation of the strategy, including technical risk, implementation risk and management risk, and how to avoid these risks.
