面向数字矿山的智能头盔系统设计与实现

【摘要】 矿山事故多发,现阶段我国安全生产领域所面临的重大挑战之一。金属非金属矿山安全事故在工矿事故中仅次于煤矿居第2位。而造成事故多发的原因一是因为井下机械化装备落后,很多矿山还停留在人工化的操作阶段。二是我国井下安全信息化建设落后,井下环境监测设备匮乏、安全管理制度不完善、通信设备落后、六大系统建设不到位等等,基于目前国内的背景,随着物联网技术的发展,数字化矿山的概念也被逐步提出,实时监测矿山环境数据并实现实时通讯的移智能头盔设备是其中重要一环,课题组开始着手面向数字矿山的智能头盔系统的研发,系统结合综合传感技术、无线通信技术、光纤环网技术、数据挖掘技术、人工智能技术、虚拟现实技术等,将井下人员与智能头盔整合为特殊的移动式智能节点,集井下环境数据监测、实时双模式通讯于一体,建立矿井物联网,解决生产盲区巡检、安全监控和人员体征等状态在线检测跟踪难题。面向数字矿山的智能头盔系统的研发主要包括矿井环境数据的检测、无线通讯系统研究、语音传送系统研究、节能研究等几方面,智能头盔系统硬件的实现主要包括触摸显示屏用于显示环境数据,拨打电话,发送文本信息;无线通讯模块将终端的各种信息传输至井下基站,基站再传送至中央监控室;报警模块实现检测环境数据超出阈值报警的功能;多传感器探头用于采集井下环境数据;语音模块用于处理正常的语音通信和文本转语音通信,中央数据处理平台处理各种信息。

【Abstract】 In China, the present situation of mining accidents frequently happening is one of the severe challenges in Safe Production Area. In terms of safety accident, metal and nonmetal mines ranks second in mining accidents, only after coal mine. The primary cause of frequent accidents in China is lack of advanced underground machinery and equipment, and many mines are still operated by hand. The second reason is the deficiency of necessary information construction of underground safety in our country, including imperfect environmental monitoring equipment, insufficient safety management system, backward communication equipment, insufficient deployment of six-main-systems, and so on. Recently, along with the development of information technology, the concept of digital mine has gradually been raised. Intelligence helmet equipment which can realize real-time monitoring of mine environmental and real-time communication plays a significant role in it. In this study, the research team has committed to developing the intelligent helmet system for mines, which combines integrated sensor technology, wireless communication techniques, optical fiber ring network technology, data mining theory, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality technology. It integrates the underground personnel with the intelligence helmet as a special mobile intelligent node, which combines the underground environmental data monitoring and real-time dual mode communication. Moreover, it also builds up an important part of underground Internet, and solves online detection and tracking problems, such as blind area production inspection, security monitoring and personnel status.The research on intelligent helmet system for digital mine mainly focuses on the detection of the mine environment, wireless communication, voice transmission, energy saving techniques, and so on. To achieve the intelligent helmet system, we need to utilize a touch screen to display environmental data, make phone calls, send text messages. Wireless communication module is implemented to transmit various terminal information to the underground station, and then to the central control room in turn. Warning module is used to raise the alarm when any detected environment data are out of the specified thresholds. Multi-sensor module is also built for collecting underground environment data, and the voice module used for handling the voice communication and text to voice communication. The central data processing platform is charge of processing all information in a centralized manner.
