【摘要】 施工建设在我国的国民经济发展中占有着非常重要的地位，但是，随着国内外经济环境的变化，建筑市场竞争越加激烈，施工企业面临的成本、资金等各个方面的巨大的压力不断增加，施工企业面临的风险更加变化无常，企业的生存更加困难，加强风险管理成为施工企业的首要任务之一。提高施工企业的风险管理的意识，加强对风险的识别，量化，有效的防范和规避施工企业的风险就成为了当下施工企业健康发展所面临的重要问题。本文通过施工企业通常面临的风险进行分析，针对基本建设施工企业自身的特点,以曹妃甸疏浚公司为案例，对企业管理中存在的各种问题和弊端，从经营风险，财务风险，管理风险等方面分析和研究产生风险的原因，提出合理化的建议，研究怎样才能尽量避免企业的风险以及风险发生后如何将损失减小到最低。让企业更清楚的认识到自身存在的风险问题，提出行之有效的风险规避方法，增加企业的利益，提出可行方案，为企业服务。更多还原
