不翻转链板式立体车库结构优化与控制研究

【摘要】 不翻转链板式立体车库是新开发的新型存车设备,它充分结合了现有其它的立体车库产品的优点,功能方面面向城市中心、住在小区等社会场所,是一种小容量、经济型的新型车库。它不仅占地面积小,存车效率高,而且有开发难度小,高度低、便于施工,安全性能高等优点。本文主要对不翻转链板式立体车库的结构进行优化和控制系统的研究,根据实际实施过程,对不翻转链板式立体车库进行结构上的改进和优化,完善具体实施所需的全部技术资料。立体车库的结构设计包括车库主体钢结构框架、平移传动系统、举升系统和载车板系统。首先ANSYS软件对立体车库的主体框架进行静态分析、屈曲分析及模态分析,划分了五种工况条件,求解出立体车主体框架结构在这五种工况条件下的静力变形、应力分布和立体车库自身的固有频率。其次,对车库的控制系统的设计,以不翻转链板式立体车库的控制要求为基础,对PLC选型、外围电路、I/O口的地址分配等硬件部分分别进行设计;软件部分主要是完成程序的编写,主要程序有车库初始化程序、子程序的调用程序、存取车程序、报警程序等。最后根据车库存/取车操作的工作要求,开发三种存取车模式:连续存/取车模式、原地待命模式和交叉存取模式,并创立数学模型,对三种模式进行研究分析,按时间段的不同得出最优存取路径,提高了立体车库的工作效率。不翻转链板式立体车库研发成本比现存的车库都要低,基本实现了智能控制,多样化了市场上机械车库的类型,本文对不翻转链板式立体车库的结构进行优化,完善控制系统,为今后不翻转链板式立体车库的最终投入使用创造了条件,意义重大。

【Abstract】 Non-flip Chain Slat Three-dimension Garage is developed in recent years, It ismade full use of the advantages of some other garages on the market and used for Citycenter, residential area and other places of society, It is a new type of garage with asmall capacity and economic type. It not only has the advantages of small occupationarea, parking efficiency is high, and easier to development, convenient construction,high safety performance, etc.This paper mainly studies Non-flip Chain Slat Three-dimension Garage’s structureoptimization and control system, design the lifting mechanism, transferring system andthe main steel structure of garage in the mechanical system. The main improvementdesign of four most important part of the mechanical system design, such as Electricstarting point and beam mechanism. And this paper used the finite element technologyto analyze the garage’s main framework, the finite element analysis includedframework static strength in different loading conditions, the framework structuralstability and modal analysis. Using finite element analysis, framework’s stressdistribution in different loading conditions, displacement deformation and the Inherentfrequency were obtained. The structure of beam-column based on finite elementanalysis results was improved.In the garage control system, based on Non-flip ChainSlat Three-dimension Garage’s function requirements, the hardware design includingthe selection of the PLC, input and output ports distribution of the control system, theexternal wiring design of the extension module.The software design including the mainprogram, initialization program, automatic access to the car and reset subroutine, alarmsubroutine. Finally according to the garage access vehicle operation principle of work,the establishment of continuous parking mode, continuous car models and cross accessmode of mathematical modeling analysis, that different time optimal access path,thereby reducing the waiting time, improve the access efficiency.The study of Non-flip Chain Slat Three-dimension Garage reduces the productioncost, improve the control system automation degree and enrich the parking equipmentbuilding model. This paper studies the three-dimensional garage can satisfy the mechanical three-dimensional garage function requirement, for further study after it laysfoundation, has the certain social significance.
