C型断面中空涤纶长丝的碱减量加工工艺设计

【摘要】 随着消费者对服装的爱好开始转向崇尚穿着舒适性和保健性,天然纤维及其混纺织物再度受到青睐,而涤纶等合成纤维的洗可穿性等功能性正居于次要地位。天然纤维的柔软和丰满的手感以及良好的保健性,对涤纶纤维的发展提出挑战。于是以中空涤纶纤维为代表的异型涤纶纤维和特种涤纶纤维正开创着合成纤维的新时代。C型断面中空涤纶长丝作为新生产品,必将受到广泛关注。本课题进行的加工工艺设计对公司功能性新产品的开发及产品竞争力有着显著的意义,同时也印证了涤纶纤维向特种涤纶和异形涤纶发展的趋势。本课题主要对C型断面中空涤纶长丝的加工工艺进行设计,并对其相关性能进行测试和分析,具体内容如下:(1)参考相关文献以及公司的基本情况,挑选合适的碱减量加工设备,筛选工艺影响因素,设计加工实验步骤,并对加工实验进行理论和实验验证两个层面的加工可行性分析。(2)根据可行性分析结果,设计C型断面中空涤纶长丝的初步加工方案。汇总初步加工实验的实验结果,根据东丽公司五个方面的测试指标,对C型断面中空涤纶长丝进行性能测试以及数据分析,并获得符合加工要求的初步加工工艺。(3)针对符合加工要求的初步加工工艺,进行处理浴碱液浓度、处理浴温度、保温时间三个因素的工艺优化可行性分析,可行性分析主要在理论可行性分析以及单因子实验验证两个层面进行。(4)根据工艺优化可行性分析的结果,针对处理浴碱液浓度、处理浴温度、保温时间三个因素进行正交试验设计,根据正交试验结果进行分析获得实验室最优加工工艺,并且根据染色加工经验以及操作可行性对实验室最优加工工艺进行数值修正,获得适合大货生产的最优加工工艺。并对两组加工工艺进行加工实验验证以及五个方面测试指标的性能测试,然后对测试结果进行分析。(5)首先采用适合大货生产的最优加工工艺,进行C型断面中空涤纶长丝的中样加工,并对加工获得的涤纶长丝进行五个方面的性能测试,对测试结果进行分析。然后将获得的东丽公司成品测试报告,进行归纳和分析。最后,总结研究结果,对适合大货生产的最优加工工艺进行评价。
【Abstract】 With the consumers’ interests turning to wearing comfort and health care, natural fibers andits blended fabrics are more popular again than the polyester and other chemical fibers which areeasily cared. Natural fiber, which is full feeling and good health care, is making a challenge for thepolyester. So the hollow polyester fiber is starting a new age for chemical fibers. C-type HollowPolyester, as a new product, will certainly attract much attention. The technology designed in thispaper has a significant meaning in development of new functional products and improvementproduct competitiveness for the company, and confirms the trends of polyester’s developing.The paper is mainly about the process design of alkali-minimization treatment for C-typehollow polyester filament. And some basic performances of the C-type hollow polyester filamentare tested. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, the processing equipment used for alkali-minimization treatment and the influencefactors is selected out according to some reference of the related literature and company’s situation.And then the experiment steps are prepared well. Before the experiment, the feasibility analysis isindispensable.Secondly, experimental scheme of alkali-minimization treatment for C-type hollow polyesterfilament is designed according to the result of the feasibility analysis. And then the experimentresults are summarized. Also some basic performances of the C-type hollow polyester filament aretest. At last the preliminary process which is satisfied by consumers is figured out with theanalysis of data.Thirdly, the feasibility analysis is made based on three processing factors that are the lyeconcentration, temperature and holding time, with the preliminary process.Fourthly, the orthogonal experiment is designed with the three processing factors accordingto the result of the feasibility analysis. And the optimal processing scheme is picked out from theresults. Also the optimal processing scheme is numerical corrected referring to the processingexperience. The experiments are made with the two kinds of process. Also the basic performancesof the C-type hollow polyester filament are tested.Fifthly, the optimized processing experiment is made with the corrected processing scheme.And the product inspection report, which is given by the consumer, is ok. Finally, the paper getsthe best technology of alkali-minimization treatment for C-type hollow polyester filament.
