低碳理念下小城镇居住区营建模式研究

【摘要】 国家在十二五规划中提出:未来五年,我国的城镇化率将提高到51.5%。目前,我国已经进入城镇化发展的高速时期[1]。面对城镇化水平迅猛发展,小城镇发展将成为未来我国碳排放和能源资源需求增长的主要区域。陕西省政府在全省选择30个小城镇作为重点示范建设镇,引导小城镇居民由传统农宅分散式营建模式转型为集聚型居住区营建模式,达到城乡统筹发展。本文从低碳理念出发,分析集聚居住模式对于节约利用资源,低碳减排,创建资源节约型城镇的深远意义。本文以陕西省富平县庄里镇作为研究对象,研究范围锁定在庄里镇镇域范围内。以庄里镇为实例,从低碳理念出发,探索目前大力推广的城乡统筹发展的小城镇中集聚建造的居住区营建模式对建立资源节约型、环境友好型社会主义小城镇的积极作用,并提出集聚模式的居住区设计建设中的节能减排的低碳策略。以低碳眼光分析小城镇住区建设模式是否具有可持续发展性,以低碳理念引导小城镇住区建设,以低碳角度审视小城镇住区建设中的问题。吸取城市高碳发展的教训,从建设初期,以发展的思维,注重利用低碳理念,从而创建可持续发展的小城镇。本文共分为五大章节:第一章为本文绪论部分,对选题背景和选题目的、研究意义和研究内容、研究方法和研究框架分别进行阐述;第二章对文中的相关概念进行界定,对小城镇住宅营建模式进行介绍,对国内、外研究现状进行总结;第三章介绍了庄里镇现状农村分散式居住模式和规划集聚建造的居住区营建模式。第四章通过对庄里镇南午村调研、资料收集、软件模拟、计算统计等方法,将庄里镇传统农宅营建模式和集聚建造的居住区营建模式分别从节约用地、节约能源、节约用材、低碳交通四个方面进行对比,得出在小城镇建设中,集聚居住区营建模式更具有节能减排的优势;再此基础上,作者进一步推崇低碳理念,提出在小城镇集聚模式的居住区设计和建设中可以采用的低碳设计策略。第五章对已经做的工作进行总结和展望。通过对庄里镇居住区进行分析,从低碳角度,通过收集数据、问卷调研和软件模拟方法得出集聚营建模式更加利于节能减排;从低碳角度,在现有的集聚式营建模式基础上总结低碳策略,为完善小城镇居住区低碳建设提供科学的依据。最后,小城镇建设在全国如火如荼地进行,在其发展初期,就应该贯彻低碳理念,从而创建节约减排、可持续发展的小城镇居住环境。

【Abstract】 It is clearly put forward in the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" that in the next five years,the urbanization rate of China will be increased to51.5%. China has entered a rapidperiod of urbanization development. The government of Shaanxi province put30townsas examples in order to promote the construction of small towns. In the aspect ofconstruction model of residential areas, development of township and town,guide thevillagers gathered in moderate residential areas to achieve the overall development ofurban and rural. By using the low carbon concept analysis of this model for theeconomical use of resources, this paper signified low carbon emission reduction, theestablishment of resource-saving cities.In this paper,taking Fu ping County of Shaanxi Province town village as theresearch object, research scope to lock in the whole village town area. The mode ofvillage town residential construction as an example, starting from the concept of lowcarbon, active exploration of urban and rural development at present to promote theresidential construction mode to build a resource-saving,environment-friendly socialistsmall the town,not yet mature in the small town residential construction mode,putforward low carbon energy-saving emission reduction measures more use.This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part,which contain the background, research significance,research methods, researchpurpose and frame of this thesis; The related concepts were defined in the secondchapter. On the research progress at home and abroad, the excellent low carbonresidential construction analysis was brought to the domestic urban residential areaconstruction present situation and the development of a large number of. The third chapter analyzes the Village Township and the town residents living situation. Thispaper introduces the method and target Village town residential district planning; It hasenergy-saving emission reduction the significance of the small town residentialconstruction mode. The fourth chapter is about the field research and softwaresimulation method through the status quo, villagers in Zhen Nan Wu village livinghabits, respectively, from energy saving, material saving, four aspects of low carbontraffic statistics from the construction mode of the original decentralized villagers singlefamily residential area construction mode of aggregation, the land, energy and carbonreduction. Author from the low carbon concept, put forward respectively technologyfrom four aspects,further optimization of low carbon residential district of small townsconstruction. The fifth chapter is the summary and outlook of the work already done.By analysis the Village town residential areas, low carbon perspective, thecollection of data, the questionnaire survey and the method of software simulationaffirmative construction model of residential area is rural rough style construction modeis more conducive to energy-saving emission reduction; from a technical point of view,to optimize the construction mode for some, not to small town residential constructionto provide scientific advice. Finally, the construction of small towns in the country like araging fire,in its early stage of development, the concept of low carbon energy savingand emission reduction should be implemented, in order to create a sustainabledevelopment of small town residential environment.
