袋式除尘器数字测试样机集成半物理仿真实验研究

【摘要】 随着袋式除尘器正面临着市场变化快,产品需求多元化的大背景下,以及我国环保形势日益严峻,相关监管措施逐步加强的国情下,这使得袋式除尘器新产品的研发具有重要意义,但是袋式除尘器属于大型工业设备,受现场工作环境影响较大,而现有的试验设备不完善,研发技术相对落后,因此研究一种用于袋式除尘器新产品创新实验手段非常急迫。本文提出了一种用于袋式除尘器新产品设计的数字化集成仿真实验方法,探索了数字测试样机集成半物理仿真方法以及关键技术,针对大型脉冲喷吹袋式除尘器产品的研发要求,给出了数字样机的构建,半物理仿真接入方法,完成了袋式除尘器半物理仿真实验系统构建,实验设计和模拟测试。本文分析了国内外相关研究成果,针对袋式除尘器数字测试样机集成半物理仿真实验技术和应用进行了深入研究,主要创新性工作包括:首先以数字测试样机技术、数字样机技术,半物理仿真技术为基础,提出了数字测试样机集成半物理仿真实验研究方法。其次,研究袋式除尘器结构组成和工作机理,分析结构设计原理,以及数字测试样机关键技术研究。在此基础上,实现袋式除尘器半物理仿真数学模型构建和物理模型的设计,CFD数值模拟技术研究,硬件接入系统的理论方法研究和设计。最后,通过以袋式除尘器脉冲喷吹和过滤实验为实例,构建袋式除尘器半物理仿真实验系统,通过实验方案,实现数值模拟试验,完成仿真模拟测试。实际应用表明,通过将数字测试样机集成半物理仿真实验技术应用在袋式除尘器上具有很好的可行性和有效性,为袋式除尘器新产品的创新研发探索了一条新的道路,从而缩短研发周期、降低研发成本、保证研发质量。
【Abstract】 Industrial manufacturing industry is facing the market change quickly, productdiversification demand, in this context, the state environmental protection standardsbecome strict, this makes the bag filter new product research and development is of greatsignificance, but the bag filter belong to large industrial equipment, are greatly influencedby site work environment, and imperfect existing test equipment, and the relativelybackward research and development technology, so the bag filter for a new productinnovation experiment method is very urgent. This paper puts forward a new product forbag filter design of digital integrated simulation experiment method, explores the digitalprototype integration semi-physical simulation method and key technology, for largeinjection pulse bag filter product development requirements, the construction of digitalprototype and access method of semi-physical simulation are given, and finished bag filtersemi-physical simulation experiment system construction, design of experiment andsimulation test.This paper analyzes the related research results of domestic and international, in viewof the bag filter digital test prototype integration semi-physical simulation experimenttechnology and application were studied, including the main innovative workFirst of all, the digital prototype integration semi-physical simulation experimentresearch methods is proposed based on digital test prototype technology, digital prototypetechnology, and semi-physical simulation technology.Secondly, studied the composition and working mechanism, structure of bag filter,analyzed its structure design principle and key techniques of digital test prototype.On this basis, this paper realized the bag filter semi-physical simulation mathematicalmodel building and the design of the physical model, CFD numerical simulationtechnology research, and hardware connection design theory method.Finally, by injection and filtering experiments with pulse bag filter as examples,constructed the semi-physical simulation experiment system, designed the experimentscheme, realized the numerical simulation experiment, and completed the simulation test.Actual application shows that through the digital prototype integration semi-physicalsimulation experiment technology applied in bag filter, can explore new technologies for new product innovation development mode of bag filter, shorten the development cycle,reduce development costs, ensure the quality of research and development.
