基于资源观的企业创新网络演化研究

【摘要】 20世纪80年代以来,依靠企业创新网络进行网络化创新成为重要的创新模式。在此背景下,我国提出了构筑国家创新体系的科技战略,政府、企业以及其他经济组织也在迅速推动产业集群中企业创新网络的构建。然而由于对企业创新网络演化的规律缺乏认识,我国的企业创新网络往往群而不网,陷入联网陷阱,区域经济反而因此付出巨大的结网成本,并直接阻碍了我国国家创新战略的实施。因此,研究企业创新网络的演化规律,揭示企业创新网络形成的动因、演化机理和演化路径,不仅是一个理论问题,而且是一个亟待解决的现实问题。本文以资源观理论为基础,借鉴企业创新网络、数据挖掘、博弈论、计算机仿真等领域的前沿理论、方法和技术,采用定量研究和定性研究相结合、规范研究和实证研究相结合的方法,对企业创新网络的演化规律展开系统的研究。从剖析企业创新网络的构成入手,本文基于资源观理论揭示了企业创新网络中的网络关系实际上是资源在网络主体之间交互的方式,从而阐明了本文研究工作的理论框架。并抓住“资源”和“能力”两个核心要素进行深入研究。首先,论证资源驱动是企业创新网络形成的基本动因。基于企业不同成长阶段资源需求存在差异的理论假设,本文构建了测度企业不同成长阶段和企业资源需求的变量体系。对中关村国家自主创新示范区76家企业的调研数据展开充分的统计描述和数据挖掘分析,证明了企业不同成长阶段资源需求存在差异的理论假设。再次,论证了企业创新网络演化的资源驱动机理。基于资源驱动的观点,本文构建了测度企业社会资本、企业网络能力以及企业网络特征的变量体系,利用对中关村国家自主创新示范区76家企业进行调研的数据进行实证研究。结果表明企业的资源和能力对企业创新网络的网络结构有显著影响。最后,模拟了企业创新网络的演化路径。为了从企业资源和企业能力的角度刻画企业创新网络的演化路径,本文通过设定演化路径的资源交互模型和网络能力模型,利用计算机仿真对企业创新网络的演化路径进行了模拟分析。结果表明随着资源的交互,创新网络的网络结构从网络式的平行结构向“金字塔式”和“卫星式”网络结构转化;企业创新网络中网络主体和网络关系的规模、结构和稳定性会因网络能力的变化呈现动态变化。本文对企业创新网络演化规律的研究,丰富了该领域的研究成果,而且能够为政府和企业构建企业创新网络提供实践上的指导作用。具有重要的理论和实践价值。
【Abstract】 Since the1980’s, network-based innovation depending on enterprises innovationnetworks has become an important mode of innovation. In this background, China poststhe technology strategy of building the national innovation system, the government,enterprises and other economic organizations have promoted rapidly the growing ofenterprises innovation networks in industrial clusters. However, due to lack ofunderstanding of the evolution law, the industry clusters in our country often fall intothe situation that the enterprises clustering but not networking, so the regionaleconomics pays huge networking costs and direct hinder the implementation of nationalinnovation strategy. Therefore, it is not only a theoretical issue, but a real problem toresearch the evolution law and reveal the formation motivation, the evolutionmechanism and the evolution route.Based on the RBV, following the enterprises innovation networks theory, methodsand techniques in the fields of data mining, game theory, simulation technology, wesystematically studied the theory and method about the enterprises innovation networkswith the combination of normative and empirical research, and qualitative andquantitative analysis.We analysised the components and the characteristics of the enterprises innovationnetworks based on RBV, and reveal the nature that the network relationships in theenterprises innovation networks are actually the forms of the resources exchangesbetween the enterprises. Thus, we clarified the theoretical framework of the study andseize the core elements of ‘resources’ and ‘capacity’ to carry out the intensive study.Firstly, we argued that the basic motives of formation of the enterprises innovationnetworks are resource-driven. Based on the theoretical assumptions that the demand ofthe resourses of the enterprises is not different, we built a ratios system which were usedto measure the life cycle of the enterprises. Then, the datas of76enterprises whichcollected from the Zhongguancun National Innovation Model Park(ZNIM) were dealwith using statistical description and data mining to prove the theoretical assumptions.Secondly, we demonstrated the resources-drived mechanism of the evolution of theenterprises innovation networks. Based on the view of resources-drived, we built theratios system which were used to measure the social capital, network competence andthe network characteristics of the enterprises, and carried out an empirical research withthe datas collected. The results show that the resources and the competence of the enterprisese affect the network structure of the enterprises innovation networkssignificantly.At last, we simulated the evolution route of the enterprises innovation networks. Inorder ot express the evolution route of the enterprises innovation networks, we usedcomputer simulation technology to simulate the evolution route based the resourcesexchange model and the network competence model. Our results suggest that thenetwork structure maybe change from parallel structure to pyramid structure then tosatellite structure along with the exchange of resource. At the same time, the networkstructure, the network stabilization and the cale of the network relationships changedalong with the change of the network competence also.Theory and method system of the evolution law of the enterprises innovationnetworks proposed in this paper can greatly enrich the theoretical research fruit in thisfield. It can guide and support the government or enterprises to build the enterprisesinnovation networks. Therefore, this research is theoretically and practically important.
