薄互层低渗透油藏注水开发效果评价研究

【摘要】 薄互层低渗透油藏是胜利油区低渗透油藏的主要类型之一,具有纵向层数多、单层厚度薄、分布广等特征,通常采用直井大规模压裂或者水平井压裂技术进行开采。开发该类油藏还要通过人工注水补充地层能量,对注水开发效果进行科学评价,为改善该类油藏注水开发、实施调整挖潜提供可靠依据,提高该类油藏的开发水平具有重要意义。本文基于目标区块的地质特征及开发现状,在借鉴国内外低渗透油藏注水开发效果评价的方法及原理的基础上,利用油藏工程、层次分析、隶属度函数和模糊数学综合评判等方法,筛选了薄互层低渗透油藏注水开发效果评价的数学方法,明确了注水开发效果评价指标选取原则和思路,选择了开发效果评价单因素指标及指标计算方法,建立了注水开发潜力和注水开发效果两个方面的评价指标体系及标准,并进行了实例计算及验证。同时,利用数值模拟方法优化了目标区块仿水平井开发和水平井压裂开发的井网形式及人工裂缝相关参数,并对目标区块进行了生产动态预测,将预测结果用于注水开发效果的综合评价。在薄互层低渗透油藏注水开发效果评价体系基础上,结合示范区块数值模拟预测结果对目标区块1仿水平井注水开发和目标区块2压裂水平井注水开发潜力和注水开发效果进行了综合评价:评价指标包括水驱储量控制程度、水驱储量动用程度、可采储量、含水率、含水上升率、存水率、注水量、剩余可采储量的采油速度、年产油量综合递减率等;目标区块1注水开发潜力评价结果为“较好”;目标区块2注水开发潜力评价结果为“较好”偏“好”;两个区块注水开发效果评价结果均为“好”。研究成果对改善该类油藏的注水开发效果具有理论指导意义。

【Abstract】 The low permeability and thin interbed reservoir is the main type of low permeabilityreservoirs in Shengli oilfield, which has specific geologic characteristics, such as multi-layerin vertical, the thin monolayer and wildly spread oil blocks. And the reservoir with badphysical property, low natural deliverability and the conventional development difficulty isusually developed by Large scale fracturing in vertical wells or fracturing in horizontal wells.Meanwhile, the pressure of this reservoir should be kept timely, generally, through the waterflooding to get the ideally development effect and high recovery interiorly. Evaluating thewater injection development effect in low permeability and thin interbed reservoirscientifically is of great importance to improve the water injection development effect andexplore the potential reserves. Referring to the evaluation methods and principles of waterinjection in different reservoirs, especially in low permeability reservoir, considering thecurrent research of the study areas, with the methods of oil engineering, numerical simulation,fuzzy mathematics, hierarchy analysis and the principle of membership function, this papersystematically confirmed the ideas and principles about the evaluation of water injectiondevelopment effect and the selected method of the indices, according to the results ofprevious studies. Secondly, two aspects including water injection development potential andthe effect of water flooding were evaluated in light of actual needs and the indices systems oftwo aspects were improved innovatively. The membership function was introduced toimprove the mathematical basis of the previous research. Evaluation criteria and calculatingmethod for each index were selected and verified. Then, based on the block of differentdevelopment models, the well pattern and fracture parameters about the development of theimitation of horizontal wells and fracturing horizontal well were researched by the method of numerical simulation and production dynamic prediction were researched on block accordingto the optimal parameters. Finally, based on the actually statistical data and the results ofnumerical simulation, the water injection development effects were comprehensivelyevaluated on research areas. The evaluation results of water injection development potentialof target block1and target block2are the better and the better close to the best, andthe evaluation results of the water injection development effect are the best, which play animportant role in the water injection development of the oilfield in the future.
