【摘要】 近年来，国内工程建设和管理日益成熟，项目建设队伍也逐渐走向专业化，各项石化工程项目的建设管理模式也在逐渐地由传统的承包模式向EPC工程总承包模式进行转变。EPC工程总承包模式以其具有的管理统一性和系统性、设计主导、有效缩短工期、质量有保证、减轻业主协调难度等优点，为各大型工程建设项目业主所应用。随着国内越来越多的石化工程项目采用EPC工程总承包模式，其优点也充分体现出来，但是，由于国内环境、企业内部环境的影响，EPC工程总承包模式在应用过程中也暴露出诸如相关法律法规不健全、具有国际竞争实力的工程公司数量少、企业高素质人才不足等问题。本文对论文的研究背景、研究意义及国内外研究现状等情况作了介绍。采用实地调研、对比分析、实证分析等方法，以山东青岛LNG接收站项目为例，从项目进度控制、质量管理、HSE管理、费用控制管理、风险管理、档案资料管理等六个方面阐述了EPC工程总承包模式在山东青岛LNG接收站项目中的应用情况，对EPC总承包模式在山东青岛LNG接收站项目的应用过程中存在的外部环境问题、企业内部问题进行了分析、研究，并针对问题提出改进措施。最后，从加强单位内部管理、突出设计主导地位、加强分包单位管理三个方面对山东青岛LNG接收站项目后续建设的项目管理工作提出了建议。通过对EPC工程总承包模式的项目管理进行研究，能够为我国LNG接收站项目总承包企业提供一定的理论依据和实践指导。更多还原
