【摘要】 随着科技日新月异，企业之间的竞争不仅仅产品和服务的竞争，对整个产业的供应链运作效率提出了更高的要求。在此背景下，我国零售企业迅猛发展。服装零售企业由于其产品的生命周期短、对时尚敏感度的要求高、竞争对手产品同质化等原因，造成库存压力很大。因此，零售鞋服企业如何合理地进行库存管控，在满足零售终端销售需求的前提下，维持库存周转良性，将库存积压风险降到最低，是企业在市场上保持可持续发展的关键要素之一。本文主要研究目的是如何使ZYX公司库存结构更加合理，最终达到满足市场与消费者的需求，降低风险提高毛利，从而使企业在激励的市场竞争中保持竞争优势。本文首先对ZYX公司的概况进行简介，通过对公司目前在采购运营及库存管理方面的现状进行分析，通过数据分析法、实地调查法、总结分析力求找出影响ZYX公司库存管理的成因所在，最后针对成因提出适合企业自身实际的库存管理改善设计方案。并从组织保障、制度保障、流程保障及库存周转速度保障等方面提出保障措施确保方案的顺利施行，希望能给到同行业一定的借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the science and technology change rapidly, the competitionbetween enterprises is not just products and services competition, put forwardhigher requirements for efficiency of supply chain operation of the entireindustry.In this context, China’s retail enterprises develop quickly. The overstockbecause of shortly life cycle of product, high fashion sensitivity requirements,competitor product homogeneity and other factors. Therefore, how to controlinventory reasonably and reduce inventory risk of retail business, is theenterprise remains one of the key elements of sustainable development in themarket.This article main research purpose is how to make the ZYX companyinventory structure more reasonably，finally to meet the demand of market andconsumers, to reduce risk to improve gross margin, to insure the enterprisesmaintain competitive advantage in the incentive market competition.Firstly, the background of ZYX company are introduced, then analysis thesituation of purchasing and inventory status, through the analysis method of dataanalysis, field survey and summary to find out the cause of influence at thecompany inventory management. The causes and the formation of the aboveproblems are analyzed, and then puts forward the design scheme to improveinventory management of the company. From the organizational guarantee,system guarantee, flow security and inventory turnover rate guarantee, etc,toensure the smooth implementation of the scheme.Through the inventorymanagement improvement solutions, hoping to give reference to the sameindustry.更多还原
